the excrement is endless and every time I get somewhere they find a way to fxck with me 

hence my initial question, Oh by the by the other nite on the way home from the store I walked through a park and I swear I saw a brown yet transparent figure , which then focused its attention on me, naturally I was scared because I ve heard if you acknowledge specters or spirits of any kind your basically bonked. The figure drew closer which caused me to run quick as I could in search of anywhere there with people, the best I could do was a street with a couple of well lit houses.

I began fearfully talking out loud in the hope that it didn't want to be drawn out into public view, I kept this up till I reached my place, I don't know if it actuallyworked though. Plus I cant really tell if it was just all in my mind either because I dont normally "see things" , everything I have seen has a physical form and normally has a pulse!!!

last time i tried this whoever i was talking to claimed to be satan
and it was evil
it always turned out as a good spirit, then went completley evil
then i felt ghostly preasents with me for a month or so it was horrible i was 10
i wanna use this to talk to good spirits, any experiences?

see, you can get the same effect u get using a board , from almost any plane flat surface.

try it and u will see,

its when you stop moving your arm about with the cursor over the board , the subconsciouse part of your brain moves your arm about ahere and there over the letters giving the frightful illusion that its the "dead" talking to you.

You shouldn't mess with enemies in any way, you should forgive them. Revenge will not resolve your problems.
Besides, I don't think that messing around with the physical in the astral is the easiest thing to do, if not impossible.

Hello

Two questions in need of answer by anybody that can honestly answer it without being condescending

The questions are as follows:

Is it possible to project myself out of my body and physically mess with enemies the way a ghost does, but unlike a ghost be able to return to my body after words safely?

Would combining thought forms/patterns and astral projection be a wise approach to achieve this?
