I have recently been pondering on my projections....

The latest one sent me right back and as I was re-entering my body I felt a strong thrush through my neck. Is this common?

My latest AP philosophy is that I believe that were not actually traveling to another dimension rather to another conscious within our sub-conscious. A section of the brain that not all humans are capable of remembering entering during their REM sleep phase. I wonder if evolution has any weight on this.

Maybe I'm completely wrong.....anyways I still love to AP especially when I don't let fear take over.

Have a good one my AP friends......

However...has anyone seen Pulse? I try to stay on the positive side of APing and rather watch movies like What Dreams May Come....on the negative side Pulse is disturbing.

I have had a few positive experiences on the astral lately.....getting lost in a fancy hotel and entering a room with an unexplainable amount of light
and dimension/magnetism and as if entered would cause you to cross over.

I always stop myself from crossing over.......too scared. Anyone with similar experiences....?

Leyla,

I kind of connected with you on being young. I'm almost thirty myself
and people are always treating me as if I'm eighteen. I have started to ask myself lately why is it that I don't look my age......(not that I mind looking ten years younger especially being a woman). I also AP and have lucid dreams too all the time. They increase with age. My latest one was of me walking around my new car in the garage, as I discovered that it had been wrecked I bumped into an astral being, a cute guy with a beard, I got scared (not that he was scary) and then I woke up.

Anyways the seemingly everlasting youthfulness that we carry might have significance....what do you think?.....and why would you consider it to be a dark power.......

I heard that also eating durians, a type of fruit, (no thank you) can also trigger astral projections or greater lucidity.
I don't know if the source is reliable though.

Just out of curiosity...could astral projection stem from nights spent on less than quality sleep.
It seems too occur only when I have a day or two of insomnia.
I'm just doing some research, any advice would be appreciated.
