I'm 16 going on 17, i am a pretty avid lucid dreamer, depending on how much i practice that week.
I've just started OBEs with Bruce's Astral Dynamics.

I don't think you guys are talking about opening your third eye
just because you can feel it i dont think its open because i have been meditating for a while
on my third eye chakra and can feel it 24/7. when i close my eyes, like to go to sleep, i can feel it moving left to right , all over the place really. However i spoke to an experienced individual with an opened third eye and she told me that this means my third eye is becoming active and soon to open. I am quite sure that if it is open you will KNOW it.
