Hi all,
Day before yesterday evening I had a wondreful time during meditation-phasing. A being met me and took me by the hand and led to to view a "building" I had designed here. (I had made a drawing some time ago, and had presented it to the higher realms for their consideration before construction in the realms.)
What I saw when we arrived was awsome, they had literally constructed it, making some improvements. I had wished to replace the towers in N.Y. with it. It was beautiful.
Anyway, after discussing the changes and placement in reality of this building, I departed, returning to the blackness behind my eyes. At that time I requested a learning experience during my sleep time that night.
I was very tired, and retired early. I had my daugher on my mind during the day as I had sent their Chistmas gift in the mail that day. They live in Louisiana, and I have never visited their home there (physically or astrally).
My daugher called me yesterday questioning me about my astral travels, and if I had visited there the night before. She says she was asleep when her mate entered the bedroom around midnight. He saw a woman with "long curly blonde hair" standing at the foot of the bed, look over my daughters' sleeping form. I have never met him, but he went on to describe me and said he "knew it was me". He was so frighted he would not go to bed that night.
I sleep soundly that night, and have no memory of this visit, I suppose my Higher Self used this as my learning experience, lol, this was for my daugher and her mate too.
I taught her how to shield their property on the phone when she called about this yesterday, so it would not happen again and frighten her mate. When he has learned more about these abilities, he will be less frightened, and the shield will no longer be necessary.

I found this site nearly two years ago, and went through the meditation then. I have just finished doing it again (my body is vibrating violently as I type) so I will hurry with  this as I need time for myself now too.
I will till you that the first time this happenedto me, some 25 years ago, it was very powerful with great joy and a connectedness to All That Is. If you are not ready, don't do this!!!

Hi all,
Last evening I decided to visit where I would eventually arrive after this life (I had been informed in the higher realms that I would be leaving this system after this lifetime ended).
I wrote my intent and read it aloud, asking for a guide. I then put on my HOLOSYNC cd (similar to hemi-sync,  http://www.centerpointe.com) and progressed into deep trance. When the tunnel appeared that I travel through, a funnel of dark blue, gold, violet and white swirling light, I entered and with a sense of forward motion exited into a black void. I did not have astral vision even though I commanded it. I felt a presence and asked if it was my guide. A young voice answered, saying "Yes, lady, I am here with you as you requested. Do you have your pass* with you, as we will be going a great distance?" I replied that I did. I was told to take his/her hand and we proceeded in a forward motion, me still being blind.
I wished to fly very fast, but my guide told me to slow down, as we had several guarded gateways to go through. At the first and following two gates we were greeted by a guardian who asked for my pass, I produced it and gave my angelic name. The guards each time said "Go Forth" following this check of credentials. Several times my guide begged,"Lady please slow down", which I complied with. It was very frustrating not being able to see. Our trip lasted for quite a long time it seemed, I had lost all conciousness of my physical body. Finally my guide told me we had arrived in the near vicinity of our destination. An excitement filled me as we landed on what felt like firm ground. Within seconds I began to get my vision. It was dark and we had alighted on a lake, walking on the water to the rocky shore we climbled to the level ground above. My vision was still getting better at this point. I simply stood still and looked in front of me, not knowing what to expect. There were shrubs and a path about 50' feet in front of me. I just kept looking at this path, standing still. Within a minute a being came fliting, flying, towards us  slightly above this path, that is it was not touching  the ground. I could only see bright whte light as the main feature of this being, appearing in a humanlike form. Upon taking notice of us it stopped still, apparently facing us, but there was no communication.
At the point I decided to return to my body, as I was beginning to tire. The trip back was slightly swifter than the trip out, but still a long one.
I think I will do the NEW method before I go back to explore again.

(pass*) this is a small white, flat stone given to me my first day of school in the realms. It has engraved on it my new name, sorry I am told I must keep it secret.

Hi all,
I have just stepped back inside from talking to one of my tenants. He had surgery almost a year ago to remove about three feet of his intestine. Of all the weird things he had eaten a watermellon seed whole and it had started to grow inside him. Anyway this nearly killed him.
As soon as he got out of the hospital I gave him Robert Bruces' NEW method of healing and energy raising. Not only did he do an amazing recovery for a man of 60 years old but just lately is reporting intense energy movements (he is still using the method) and says he is starting to interact with the spirit realm during his sleep time. Not being spiritual man this is frightening to him, understandably, but it is refreshing for me to see such an awakening.

I had conversed at length with a man who claimed to have used these types of "machines" to travel through time. He was offering time travel lessons on line about two years ago. He admitted that the use of these machines had left him with a mental imbalance, yet he still proposed using them in his supposed lessons (the lessons never came about).
The Montauk Experiment used similar machines as well, and were not very well controlled.
However I can offer you a safer method to try. As I have learned from "The Tibitan",  Djwhal Khul, there are three  places in the human forehead to send/receive other time/place knowledge (these include the "third eye")  The one which one uses to explore future time is at the right upper portion of the forehead.
The first time I achieved entrance to this portal it was quite painful physically, but well worth it. Simply using meditation and focused  intent I was able to access this.
I have heard Frank mention using different portions of the brain for such functions as well. (Frank, if you read this I would like more detail and results of your own explorations.)

What a wonderful "explore" of our alternate selves situation. It makes me question "Who else am I, here and now?". Perhaps I'll try to get these answers next time I'm "out".

This is very interesting!  I wonder if the "OM" that is used in yoga to center yourself on the spiritual is used in the same respect , to contact your inner Prime Creator. I'll have to give this a try.  Do you have to be phasing to use this or can you just try it in the physical during meditation?


This can be done in a fully lucid state of consciousness. I find it best to find a quite time, and as in meditation, unplug the phone. This sound when sung, tends to vibrate my whole body (no wonder it is distrubing to the Prime Creator, LOL).


It is wonderful to hear you going back to the interdimentional school. I was hoping you might go back.  There is definitly so much more to learn and I hope I find myself in one of those schools someday.



They explained to us that we all under the observation of "watchers", and when we are ready we are escorted to these schools. They also explained that to find this school without a guide would be next to impossible for any human. Perhaps requesting a guide first from the highest realms to assist would be a way to visit there. The place is hugh.

Hi Frank,
It was explined to me this way: We are all a part of the "body", though each has a different function. The anus in not the mouth, but each has it's function within the "body". We each are individuals, just as in the human body there are no two exact duplicates of cell, folicle, or positioning  of our ears on our heads. Each "part" is individual and distinct  but taken in total form a human body. I am hoping to help and not confuse you more here.

Donna, I had an experience like this a month ago.  I found myself inside another woman's body seeing things through her eyes and feeling the motion of her walking as she walked.  I felt like I was hitching a ride inside another being, it felt very strange.  We (her and I) walked into her uncle's large house, had a conversation with him and then as she walked back to the front door, she turned and looked into the full length mirror hanging to the left.  Then I saw her reflection in the mirror.  

--When you enter into another body, do you function her body for her or do you just tag along for a ride?   And you say that others act like they know you, do they notice you inside her body or do they just know you in your normal astral presence?

I am so glad you mentioned this.  These questions have been in the back of my mind for some time.

** I must be getting this wrong, do you make different  images of yourself on the astral  and do they function as a normal person when you are not in them or are you entering into another actual person on the astral like my experience?  And I wonder why I found myself in another person since I didn't ask to be there in the first place. This is so confusing!

I can only relate my personal experience to you. With the "landlady", I began finding myself there in lucid dreams, this began years ago. Then about three years ago I entered meditation and was almost immediately "there" in her body. I had full control of body and mind. I often wonder what happens to their consciousness when I am there,???
Anyway I had to solve a problem for a tenant and do some serious repairs. The damage had been caused by a tenant, of this large tenement building allowing a bathtub to overflow on the second floor. The other problem was a girl who had taken up residence in an apartment with one of "my" leased tenants. He wanted her out, she was reluctant to go. I offered to rent her a very inexpensive room, and explained that I had a "no subleasing clause" in the rental contracts. She left the building, grumbling all the way.
I interviewed all of the tenants also on this trip, and met with building inspectors and code enforcement representatives. They told me I should be able to get a loan to cover the damages. I personally repaired all of it on the next trip (within a few days time), and improved the property entirely.
What is odd is that while I was there, the tenants got a strange looks on their faces, when I asked how much rent they were paying. It was then that I realized they thought they were talking to "their landlady" and "she would have known this information. I did not ask any more questions, and could not access the knowledge of the one whose body I was inhabiting.

On the other occasions, in other instances,  this total mind and body control were also apparent to me. I get no input of their knowledge, it's like I just landed right into their bodies and somehow pushed their consciousness out...? I find myself in whatever situation they were involved in when I arrive. Most of these experiences happened after I had asked if I had had any past lives. I experienced being in three consecutive alternates within the period of this meditation. One was a man, naked in a warm bath tub. Another an old man in the Andes mountains, in the town square, and a third on a beautiful dark haired woman. With her, I also "dropped in" while she was looking in a mirror. I saw her in the mirror and experienced her murder as if it was happening to "me-her". So in this case the scene played out with me in her body, feeling the bullet enter my back and falling face first in a pool of water, then I came back to my own body. In this one I reacted as she would to seeing "her-my" husband being murdered before I experienced "my-her" death. So I guess this one was more like  what you experienced with the lady you entered, Tracy.

Most of my adventures are carried out in  my own duplicate body, that is most of the time I do not enter an alternate self.

I did not give these beings intellect or personality, they were at that point vacant "forms".At this point my other "self" spoke saying "Now breath in deeply." As I did it all disappeared.  I was amazed that this "self"  looked so much like me, but was very much  larger than I am. I asked her "Who are you?" She answered, "I am you."
The  teachers in this school told us over and over, "There is a Spark of the Prime Creator within each of you. To make contact, use the voice tone  "OM". When you have made contact, cease this noise because it is disturbing to Him/Her. Listen and be respectful. You may ask questions." This is where the Source of all knowledge is within me.
The next day when I attended class I was emitting so much light from my body that the other students were shading their eyes. I backed away and came back to my body. The teacher explained the next day that I had been in contact with the Prime Creator and the bright, white,  light was a side effect.
We were taught many things in this school (I have a different teacher now), about creating in the realms as opposed to creating on Earth. I can't say I understand it all either, but I wrote it all down.

LOL. I am just thinking of some of the spirits that I have chanced to meet. It is a strange idea, to me, that you would refer to another (other than yourself), as your Higher Self. You don't give your credit for your phasing abilities away to these guides do you? You have achieved your skills working on your own, with some tools like Hemi-Sync, right? Within me resides my Higher Self, I also refer to this one as my Subconscious Self. I began to "knock on that door" when I began to show a spiritual interest. It was opened immediately, and as wide as my interest persists.

Our higher self knows everything. The more I practice the more of this "knowing" bleeds through to my everyday conciousness. Even reading posts on this forum much infromation about an individual will come through. This is a normal progression for everyone who practices what is discussed on this forum.

I began to have exceptonal abilities after a near fatal auto accident in 1970. I was in a deep coma for about three weeks, I should not have lived. When I did recover (in record time) I seemed to be a different person. Before the accident I was trying drugs and partying and drinking, I was eighteen years old. After getting out of the hospital, I could not get enough knowledge about my spiritual heriatage. My psi abilities seemed to bloom. A hungering search has been my lifestyle since that time.
Often people who cross over in death do not know that they have died. They stay close to the Earth plane, having a low vibratory rate and being unable to proceed without help. The beings of a higher plane can see all below them. Those of the lower planes do not know of, nor can they see the higher planes and those who populate them. Love is the key to raising the vibratory rate and letting go of "belief" systems. Then freedom of movement in all of the seven planes and beyond is possible.

Actually I use a projection of my conciousness that does not require a deep meditative state. It is if I am in both places at once and lucid in both locations also. This is much like the advance stages of remote viewing.

I have just completed a "rescue Donna style" of a dark haired, middle aged man who was in your home. Here is how it occured. This method of rescue is what I have always used.
After reading your post, I asked the higher realm angels to send someone there to meet me and open a "portal" (doorway of bright light) into a higher realm.
I arrived in a brightly lit room , and not seeing an entity, called out, "Is anyone here?" First I felt an "attitude of agitaion, and general bad attitude" before he looked around a doorway, peeking at me. Here is how our converstaion went.
"Hi, will you come forward and into this lighted doorway. You are dead, and no longer belong on this plane, this angel will take you where you will be cared for, and you can progress. You are immortal, and much loved (here I felt great "love" projecting from my mid-section to him.
He replied, "I am not dead."
At this point he backed away out of sight.
I then called out to him, I had not moved, "Please come back here, as you are disturbing the man who lives here, who is still in his physical body."
In a moment he peeked back around the doorfacing and replied, "Oh, him. He ignores me." He stayed where he was so I continued.
"Yes you have passed over in death, he is still alive and can't see or hear you, though he feels you are here.You are much loved, and you will be cared for if you go through this doorway with this angel. You can work toward progression of your spirit."
Here he seemed to consider, (I read recent memories flash through his mind concerning his recent experience, he had no memory of his "death"). I felt and "heard his decision at the same time "OK".
I went forward and took his hand, at this point I noticed the light was moving with me.
He asked, "Why do you "shine" so brightly?"
I then explained that the Prime Creator was within me, and that the light he saw was Him/Her projectioning  outward. I took him to the portal to the one side of the room where the angel awaited to take him. Again I projected a great "love" to him and kissed his cheek, and away they went.
Others who can do rescue may check, and make sure for you, but you should now no longer feel a presence in your home.

Really cool idea. I have had so many recurring lucid dreams over the years. When I began phasing, I found that these places and people where really there, and I could visit during travels. Often as soon as I pass the "null" point of phasing I will "find" myself "there" with new and different situations abounding.

Many lately on this forum have achieved an astral experience by using their imagination, with guided intent. Though the importance of "intent" is stressed over and over, perhaps giving an example will help. You can relax your body and say the condions are right (quiet, phone unplugged, on one expected at the door..).
Now imagine your consciousness as an oval cloud (seed shaped) in front of you and about three feet away. Imagine yourself exploring your surroundings. Send this cloud containing your consciousness 15 ft. to your right, what do you "see" in your imagination?  Now send it 15 ft. to your left again imagine what you see, picturing in your mind as you send your consciousness there. This is a short exercise, but it trains your subconscious self to experience what your intent  is. Communicating with the subconscious mind is our ticket to success. Often I write that "I want to leave my body and go to such and such a destination", this directs my subconscious mind to achieve this. I then read this out loud, and then put it aside before I begin my phasing meditation. This is why meditation is so important, body asleep-mind awake, we are able to communicate with our subconscious and direct it to achieve our "intent". Not losing that focus of mind, but remaining  intent on our objective is vital.

Yes, I practice my merkaba meditations only infrequently now. I am getting back into it though. Our spirit teacher encouraged us to do this often as it brings love into our heart chakras, allowing us to be a channel for this love.
The rainbow colored geometric patterns you have witnessed are certainly in the area I am questioning.
Our teacher explained that the green triangle,that one girl saw, was a symbol for our Earth. The first symbol I "saw" against a totally black background was golden. It had six points around its radius with a sphere on the tip of each. It looked somewhat like a spiders' web but toward it's center the lines between the points began to form a squared pattern as opposed to inward curved lines between the points toward it outer edges. These decreased in size to it's center. Over a period of weeks following I observed many different designs. Our teacher told us to expect to see more of these.

Hi Adrian,
Wherever you direct your intent is where your conciouness will follow. Imagination is a very important spiritual tool, as this is often necessary to direct our conciousness (and subconcious) to achieve our intent. If you can imagine a destination, you can achieve it, no "roadmaps" are necessary. If your intent is to create your own place, that is what you will achieve. It will be as real to you as where you are in physicality. If your intent is to visit my place then, with the description given, your subconcious should take you there for all knowledge of planes, subplanes, universes, and dimensions lie within us and are accessable with simply stating "intent" or picturing in our minds our destination. This is often why a picture of a given destination will help.


I would once again like to thank you all for your contributions - we are certainly achieving alot in this new forum on the progressive method of phasing, and I am sure we can build upon this in the future.

Donna: I think you mentioned before that you do not use imagination as such, but rather wait for your tunnel to appear, which takes about 20 minutes?


After about 20 minutes the very helpful natural chemicals released by the human brain help to attain a "body asleep, mind awake" state of being when using the phasing method. Intent is achieved at that point in combination with imagination (picturing), and, or mentally stating a destination by name.



I would also like to ask Ginny and Donna whether they are totally absorbed in the Astral to the extent that there is no awareness of the physical body, and if so, whether this happens before or after the Astral entrance?



Using the method of phasing, body asleep-mind awake, I-all of me, is there. Objects and people are firm and tangible, I have no notice of my "other" body left behind, at home, sitting in the chair. Note that this for me is not a sudden transiiton, but gradual, as I go deeper within myself in meditation I lose awareness of the corporal body.

Hi Ginny,
Wow, this is cool. This is the first time I have heard of anyone else creating a place for themselves in the ethers. Mine is an area created as a visitation place for all who wish to use it for meditation and visits during the day. I also have a private home there.
There are woods with paths, a large field of wildflowers with butterflies (I often take my pup there to play), an area with trickling waterfall and perpetual rainbow, and large flat rocks to lay on around a quiet pool below the waterfall. The house has a large formal garden in the back with fruit and vegetables plants and my loved roses. There is much more there as well.
All anyone has to do to visit, is place their intent to go, you are welcome. Others are often there when I visit. A favorite place is a bench I;ve placed beside a shallow stream looking toward the field of flowers, there is a large tree shading this bench. Enjoy your visit.

Hi Steve,
This is exactly what I am asking about. I suppose I am "testing" the spirits a bit here. When I , and a few others, began to see intricate designs on a black backgrounds materalize during meditations, I questioned my spirit teacher. It was explained that these were unlocking knowledge deep inside us. These  codes or keys, along with the musical tones are used to awaken us to higher knowledge.
Thank you for your reply, as this strengthens my resolve to return to my former practices. I have taken about a year and a half off the spiritual to ingest what I had learned.
