Mental exhaustion? "your mind needs a quick break"

Na, it isn't mental exaustion at all, I'm wide-awake and focused as usual. No fatuige whatsoever when I seem to "shift" like Stookie said. I'm just seeing if when that does happen, if there's something I can take advantage of to further my ?skills.

Thanx for the replies so far. Keep em' commin-

Welcome to Metaphysics! / A weird stillness

Sometimes when I'm wide awake and at varied times of day, (or night) There is a strange calm that surrounds me. Or better yet, it feels like nothing is around me at all. I usually feel a "warmth" of sorts even in cold temperatures near freezing all the time. This "lack of" thing passes within a few minutes usually. This can also happen when I'm around people, or no one within my personal proximity. Any ideas on what is happening?

Thanx-

I was 1/2 awake when I remembered to actually post this question, so I'm sorry for the confusion. I seen the post about a year or so ago. So yes I should have used "I have seen" instead. Thank you for nit-picking, keep it up, you're doing a super job....for free-

Hmm, I just seen a post a while back on how entering to Focus 2 or 3 can lead to better communication with the subconcious and manifest these affirmations more effectively.

Anyhoo, Anyone have some great affirmations out there and would like to share them? Another affirmation I use is "I am very healthy" as well as the other 2 I stated.

I can't seem to find the post I seen a while back on what state F2 or F3 that is best for mantring out affirmations like "I am very fortunate" and/or "I am very lucky".

Also, how many more times is it effective to do those affirmations in F? than in just a normal waking state? Would it be like saying an affirmation 1 time in the F2 or F3 is like saying it 100 times in the normal consious state?

Any other advice as well?

Thanx-
