Thank you all i will try to remain calm and positive. I just dont get why it happens...its been happening for soo long and i have been fighting it, it seemed to me the more i freaked and fought the more i drifted from my body???
There was one time when i felt the usually buzzing sensation and i felt these hands at my feet there were more then one and they were kind of rubbing my feet kind of weird i know but the more they did it the more i left my body and of course that didnt go down to well with me so i started to freak and of course that made me RISE even more, i started to hyperventilate thats when i felt these huge hands on my stomach right where my solar plexus is and i felt these hands push me back down.
I decided to find out more about the subject that is one of the reasons im here i figured one way to eliminating the fear was to find out more about what was going on.
Why does it happen?

It really scares me I can tell when it is going to happen when the buzzing starts.The buzzing it starts off small then builds in cresendo and i feel like i cant move then Im out of my body. I feel like i have no control over it thats what scares me. I have never actively tried to do this only recently and only to try to overcome the fear.
