Yes, I have had two sorts of encounters which could fall within this category.

One type with beings showing me what was best for me to do, giving me advice, and this could happen in a place similar to a surgery or a school, for instance.

But the supernatural beings I meet most often are those who lead me into difficult situations, namely when I am visiting deceased people, and they either get me straight through to the person I'm looking for or else 'prevent' me from approaching the person. I remember once I was attempting to check on a 14-year old girl I had actually met in an OBE and spoken to just after her funeral, and found rather confused, about 10 days after our first meeting. A very sweet looking woman met me and asked me very kindly and softly not to speak nor produce any noise, as the girl was asleep. She allowed me to walk around the bed(?) where she was resting and then led me back into my body.

My feeling, Arie, is that you seem pretty familiar with the concept of moving energy around and hence NOT TOO FAR from the opportunity of controlling it for positive purposes.

Energy in itself, is neither negative nor positive. It does become negative when it gets stuck or blocked for one reason or the other. You appear to have read a lot on the subject, and also to have practiced a lot, but you also need to take into account how young you are, and it is quite usual for young people to get easily excited or influenced, to want to achieve goals much more quickly than possible etc.

I personally do not view your situation in negative terms at all. Your feeling of nausea for the medications may simply be your body sending out a message that it is time to withdraw, gradually of course, as Alpha wisely suggested.

YOU WILL NOT ATTRACT OR BE INFLUENCED BY NEGATIVE ENERGIES UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO/EXPECTING NEGATIVE ENERGY TO INFLUENCE YOU.

This past year seems to show that great changes are taking place in your life, maybe too quickly, and becoming aware of what your fears and anxieties are caused by is indeed part of the process, as already suggested to you by other readers.

I suggested your attempted to contact B. Brennan, because she specializes in energy-related therapy, and may actually positively re-direct the powerful skills you already prove to have.

But what I wish to stress most is:

- Be aware of the powerful energies you experience and how learning to control them will radically change your life for the better;
- Be aware of the fact that NO NEGATIVE energy can affect you unless you allow it;
- Be aware that you will in time need to transfer great part of this energy into social relations, helping other people and mastering a career;
- Do not be in a hurry to have an OOBE until you have worked through the problem/fear/anxiety which has originated these last year's experiences, as what you are experiencing in the physical may manifest even more strongly on the astral level.

That's my advice.

Hi Manuel,

I feel the sense of 'resistance' is entirely psychological. Since we have this enormous creative/plastic power during OBEs, if we 'expect' an object to be solid, we may either fear to get hurt (which has happened to me occasionally in the beginning, when flying through ceilings) or actually sense the object itself. When the latter happens to me, for instance when I am putting my hand through the mattress or through an other object, or even through my own physical body, I can feel a vibration, but my astral hand will in any case get through easily. But very often, when I have experienced OBE within my home (I am referring here to my earliest experiences chiefly), I simply do not see the walls.
