I have read that while projecting, some people have completely spherical+360ยบ vision. When I projected one time, everything was dim and blurry, and I could only see the white door and the red numbers of the alarm clock.

I think ultimately the Universe (or ourselves, even) will be able to provide any possible experience to us. Otherwise, the Universe would be limited. That means that any world that you can imagine or remember or think about, is possible to be experienced. My opinion! :)

i've never tried marijuana, but i have had an OBE (it was an etheric projection, i think). when my brothers and cousin smoke weed, they seem to become very active and silly. but if you are calm i think its worth a try. my obe happened spontaneously when i was taking a short nap at late afternoon

I always thought about going to another planet with intelligent life. I want to see what kind of society structures and buildings and sciences they have made for themselves! It would be so awesome!!

I wonder how different our evolution has been than that of other intelligent species out there? Maybe on one planet, they never used "fossile fuels", and instead used a form of energy local to their planet. who knows! ahhhhh good ol' imagination.

this has been happening to me lately. I started learning AP about 2 years ago, but I quit after my first successful attempt because I felt that I got my validation so there was no need to continue.
I started trying AP again only recently and, where I used to have no problem relaxing, now I feel a need to jerk a body part or change my body's laying position. It may be caused due to an excess of energy. Lots of people say to AP when you have a lot of energy (so you don't lose consciousness and just fall asleep), but I think I'm gonna start trying at mid-day or night.

I struggle with the idea of time being an "Eternal Now". We as humans perceive time based on sequential events. What benefit is there in understanding time as a long, stretched-out "NOW"? I may already know the answer, but a different perspective on this would be nice.

Also, the adjective Eternal signifies a length of time. Why not just say there was no beginning (to the totality of existence) and there will be no end? I don't know.. my thoughts are jumbled right now.. I can't sort through them.

sounds cool. there have been experiments to try to prove OBE's, usually having to do with having something written down in another room and then the person who is doing the OBE had to tell what was written on the paper. the thing about audio from the astral... it doesn't always register on recorders, otherwise tape recorders would all be infested with speech and sounds from the astral.

Last time I projected (quite a while ago...), I didn't have emotions. I came to realize that I was floating up and down quite slowly just above my body. The room was dark. (I thought I was just waking up from a nap until I realized that I was floating up and down). my mental response was "Oh... I'm floating. Ahhhh..... This is pretty cool. Maybe I can use this as an opportunity to learn some more about the Universe". As soon as I tried to will myself to break out of floating, I started falling downward slowly toward my body. I was going "No..noo! go UP not down! UP UP UP!" but I descended downward into my gut. my consciousness then went upward toward my head where it normally is and then physical sensation returned to my body. I immediately regained emotion: fear. I felt like I was being compressed electrically. My entire body was being crushed electrically, thought. I tried to scream but I couldn't speak because I was still paralyzed (I had feeling but could not move my body yet). It took some screaming and strong will to wake my body up. Having a working mind but being trapped in a nonmovable body is the most horrible thing I have ever experienced. Thankfully it only lasted 30 seconds or so.

I do not believe in individual souls. I believe we are all one soul with many individualized consciousnesses.
