I was reading power of internal and I found out that we have 3 dan tien.
If that the case, does that mean I should store all 3 of them and use one of them for practice?

My next question: They were talking abut conceptin vessel and governing vessel.
Conception from dan tien down to coccyx and up to dan tien.
Governing its ame time but it end form the nose.

For me, when I try to move my psi wheel it will move but if I try to move clockwise it will move and it will stop half way. It wont move anymore. I don't use my hands at all.

I guess try not using your hands and see what will happen?

I was practicing psi wheel and yes I was able to move it. booyahhh!!
At the same time, lamp 5 feet away or behind me. Was flickig 5 times. It just did it again. That would be 6 time for now.
All I did was practicing my psi wheel?

I was wondering if it does matter if you spin your ki ball.  I did heard that it damage your charka.
I know psionic they say to spin psi. So I don't know which one I should go to?

For me, I meditate first then begin my psi practice that way I more sensitive to it and as well able to see it.

Its like planting a seed and you want it to grow. The more you repeat of your desire, the more it will grow rathere if its good or good. Be careful of what you think or say about yourself.
It may not surface right away but it will.

Does indigo,crystallis and rainbow have different abilities?
Also how can one ascent to rainbow?
