I also am at this stage. I feel I have been so very close to separation, but have not yet. I have another question regarding this actually: Should you not be concentrating on or even thinking about your physical body when in the vibrational state? My reason for asking is that in the book I have been reading, 'Adventures Beyond the Body: How to Experience Out-Of-Body Travel' by William Buhlman, he states that thinking of the physical body while in the vibrational state or when out of body instantly snaps you back to the physical. I've also read this in many other places and in my experience with the vibrational state, it seems entirely true. This is probably the reason why I fail. So when people say to feel and encourage the vibrations, it seems hard to do without thinking of the physical body, as with most exit techniques, like rolling out or sitting up... Curious
