Hi !!

I have attended several Monroe Intitute programs in Spain (I am living there) and I highly recommend them to you. The changes you may expect on yourself are great and anyway the place (a nice house near the mountains) is worth a lot.

For english programs, people are coming from many different countries, so the experience is always wonderful. You will not find problem to feel confortable, because the most of them share our thoughts about life. And Carol Sabick, the Residential Trainer for Europe is truly an amazing person.

I would like to share with you one of my travels, that was really impressive.

One night when I was able to went out of my body, suddenly, without being able to select a place where to go, immediately after the vibrations and turns, I was brought to an area of absolute darkness, dimensionless, without up, down, left or right. I will not be able to explain in words  the feelings I had, because the words were made for a language in a physical world.

I could not react. I saw a group of beings (souls??) coming to me, but with no intention of stopping. Suddenly, I was inside the group. All of them went together toward somewhere. These people were totally real, as you are for me when I'm in front of you phisically. Then I had the perception of they were dead!!!!!

Leading the group there was a woman with short and red hair. I guessed she was a sort of guide.

I tried to touch the woman, to draw her attention. She wasn't surprised. Rather responded a little aggressively. I will write the talks:

- Women: What do you want?

- Me: Do you know who I am? (I was a little "nervous", I just wanted to ask if she realized that I was not dead)

- Women: What do you mean? (She was rather dull and apathetic)

-MeI: You know what I am doing here?

- Women: Of course (she was the only one that seemed to know what all the people from the group had passed away, she transmitted self-reliance)

- Women: Man, you are another "explorer". I am tired of "explorers". There are more and more. Most specially from Europe.

I stayed puzzled, because if they all were just dead (in that moment it was totally sure) then why did she know I was not dead? Why did she know so many things? Why was she fed up with "explorers"?

Since it was not really "friendly" with me, I went inside the group. I do not remember anything about the people in the central part. I didn't pay attention to them.

I saw a very elderly woman, small, looking "asleep". She looked in  shock. She was like twice dead!!!. I tried to make her react. Nothing happened. The people who were around, near, spoke at once:

- Group: Leave her alone. He smoked too much and there she has the consequences. She deserves it.

I felt much pity for her, but I put my attention on the rest of the group. There were two young women and a man. "I felt" (knew, perceived) that everyone was very confused. Some were afraid, others were distressed. None knew exactly what was happening with them, nor where they went. I asked to a woman with long blond hair:

- Me: Honey, do you know where you are going? Do you know what is happening? (asked with great love and tenderness, almost like a father asks to his daughter. I felt much understanding and pity for them)

I knew perfectly the situation in which they were.

- Woman: I do not know, I know it well, no, not really. I'm so confused. I think I'm dead, right? But it can not be, it is not possible. . I guess yes, but none of us are sure, we were discussing. ... (she was very scared)

Then I got the impression that she had died suddenly or violently.  I can understand that she was confused, right?

His words made me feel so sad. . . . But at the same time I received a wave of love and understanding that came from somewhere, and I felt happy that there was something out there that was controlling the whole process and
taking care of us after the death. At that time, I detected that tt was the time to return. Immediately I found wrapped in vibrations and "landing" on my body. The re-entry was quite quick, a few seconds in which my body was as full of electricity. It was as if two albums of old, vinyl, each one-one other than revolution, came together smoothly, and one adjust its frequency to another. When I felt that was set, I could not move in one or two minutes. I was completely paralyzed. I relaxed, because I know this feeling, and waited until it stopped. I spent two hours crying on bed.

That happened in 2003.

After four years (2007), I had another weird travel......

I was in a wooden, two-flat house. I was at the ground level. There was a wooden staircase to communicate both floors. I heard that someone shouted at me.

– Voice: Come up! We need your help. Here it is swarming with sprirts.... 

I went up, and already on the floor above me I met a soul with intent to frighten me, with its horrible look. But I wasn't affected, even I smiled. Suddenly, another dead person showed up. She was a youg woman, with long and lank hair. I knew inmediatly she was phisically dead. She resembled somebody I knew, but I couldn't find out who she was.

- Woman: Hello. I know you. Do you remember me?

- Me: No

- Woman: Yes, yes, we know each other. My name is XXX (I prefer not to write her name, but she gave me name and surname very clear)

- Me: Really, I do not remember

-Woman: Well, don't worry. Listen me. I have an idea to change your life. It is a new job. Here in this house there are many trapped souls. You could work with deceased people, helping them to run away their houses. I can teach you how to do that ......

She gave me many details about how to do it, that I won't write down in order not to extend the sotory very much.

Then, she pointed to a old woman, who was by me. The old woman had also passed away.

- Woman:. Well, this lady told me she kept at this her home some money behind that picture.


She pointed a picture on the wall.

After this, I begin to lose lucidity, so I decided to return to the body. Very excited, I started searching on internet the girl's name. According to a british website, a woman named XXX died in prison for overdose on 2003 (in England), one and a half months before I met the group of deceased people!!!!!

Was she the girl who I talked to in the group, the one who had died suddenly? Exactly the same name and surname, died suddenly, one and a half months before my travel......

If so, was she trying to thank me?

It was amazing to find out all those things!!!

Ii is a long story, but summarizing, I got very angry because I felt It was a housebreaking or something, and we begun a long heated argument. I did not understand why they had to do it in my flat. They had a reason, indeed. But I only wanted them to leave my home. So I obligated them to go. In one of my projections, some years ago, I decided to go to visit my parents' house, which is 15 km far awy. It was 10:00 in the morning. I overflew my city, following the way to the hose of my childhood. I could recognize all the details, the highway, the fields...

When I arrived the house and I went into it, I see my mother cooking in the kitchen. I tried to call the attention but she did not react at all, like she couldn't see me.

Later, I went to my sister's bedroom. In that time, she was still living there, but in that moment she should have been working in the office. I checked all was normal in the room. She wasn't there, as I expected. Some thing attracted my attention. There was a paper on the table. I approached to it and I could see it was like a note. I had many problems to read it (like usually reading something out of the body). But at the end I was able to understand what It said: "PRESENT FOR _____ (my real name)"

More things happened, but to summarize I went back to my body and made a decision: I would go physically to my parent's house to check all those things. I did it, what it took twenty minutes, and my mother was there, in the kitchen cooking. I say hi and I went into my sister's room, very thrilled. There was a note on the table, exactly like the one I saw being out of the body, which said: "PRESENT FOR _____ (my real name)". Then I imagined she was thinking in my birthday, that would be in two weeks.

I think it is a perfect validation of an out of the body experience.....

First of all, I want to say you must not be afraid of OBEs. There is nothing to afraid of. I usually astral project and it is 100% safe. I think it is the most important tool a human being can develop.

I have met defuncts, deceased people, several times, so I say YES it would be possible to meet your parents. But what it happened to me was that I met my parent's astral bodies in another plane while their physical bodies were sleeping, I suppose. They are physical alive. What I wonder is about the scenery around, which I guess it was my creation or their creation.

Work hard and maybe you will have a talk with your parents. Good luck!!

Hi all,

I am projecting regulary some years ago. Yesterday I had a projection in which I met my parents. I showed up in our old house, where we are not living anymore since 1990. I suppose the environment was a creation of myself, because the house doesn't exist nowadays.

When I saw my father, he looked abstracted and he didn't notice me. However, my mother replied when I asked her, but she still looked weird. At that time, my parents were sleeping in their own new house.

I am nearly sure they were sleeping and for some reason I met both at the same time. But what about the scenery? Was it my creation or a someone's creation? Their construction?

I would be grateful for opinions from anyone.
