Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have studied astral projection for 3 years now. I have had experiences on the astral plane. . Here are some things I want to accomplish on the astral plane:

Go to a forest and communicate with a tree-sprit (I have met a satyr in a forest once, which I "visited" quite often).
Alter my perception of time. As my teacher (who has passed away) used to do. He spent more time on the astral plane than on the physical.
Consult a dragon. Once again, my dear teacher told me once of how he traveled far out past the galaxies, in the darkness and communicated with a dragon. I have always felt drawn to the dragons, and someday I wish to study Draconic Magic.

My question is, have any of you experienced any of the above? Do you think I am being realistic? Personally, I do not believe anything is "impossible". As you see, I have made a couple references to a teacher of mine. He was very knowledgeable in the occult, wicca, Astral Projection, and spirituality in general. Unfortunately, He passed away recently. As a result, I have joined this forum in hopes of finding further encouragement and instruction on my path of knowledge.

I was laying in my hammock one evening, listening to binural beats with my earbuds. I closed my eyes and looked into the darkness. Would this be phasing? At the time, I had never heard the term phasing, even though I had been doing it on my own for some time. As I was laying there, all of a sudden I could "see" the sky above me, and the trees above me as well. In the sky there were huge flying creatures. To put them to scale, I would say they were about as big as a blimp. They had wings and they were all circling above me in the sky, so far up. But then, after they circled for a while, one by  one they made a swift dive and began to fly straight down, right towards me. I can clearly remember this sensation. These creatures were about to fly into me, when I opened my eyes and it all stopped. At the time, I had thought very little of the experience. It came so subtly. However, afterwards, I began to think back to it and reflect on it. I have come to the conclusion that the creatures I saw were very big dragons. But I am not sure. What do you think? Was this my imagination or something more?

I have a few questions regarding astral projection.

1. I go to bed at 10, and I get up at 2 o clock and then go back to sleep. I do this because this allows me to have mlre vivid dreams. Is this a good time to astral project?
2. Is reality during astral projection as real as real life? For example, will I have to remember the expirience like a dream, or will i remember it as vivid as waking life?
3. Can my perception of timebe altered on the astral plane?  For example, can I spend several days on the astral plane, while only a few hours pass in waking life?

Hello everyone!  My name is Benjamin.  I am 16 years old and I first began studying astral projection three years ago.  This led to a spiritual awakening.  For over a year,  i studied Wicca under several teachers. However,  I found out that Wicca is not my thing,  although I still have an extremely deep love for nature.  My personal religion is rather complex.  I am a Baptist,  a Christian and I hold fast to my beliefs.  Astral projection is in the Bible, and the silver cord is obviously refferenced to in the psalms . However,  my own beliefs extend far beyond the usual boundaries of Christianity.  One certain teacher was extremely influential on me. He was an elder,  a high priest of Wicca.  If it were not for him,  I would be very close minded.  He did not teach fluffy bunny stuff,  but rather things he had expirienced himself.  He got me ever so interested in the astral plane, as he himself spent more time there than here.  He passed away recently.  But as a result of his teaching, I have come here.  I hope to find motivation here. I have astral projected,  but not intentionally.  I have even met one of my teachers in the astral plane.  I now want to learn to project intentionally.  I know how to do it,  but I am seeking motivation and other people who project so that I am not discouraged.  I am excited to get to know the people here.
