Thats really weird the bit about looking in the mirror at your reflection, I get a lot of 'dreams' where I do this that then lead on to OOBES, but in the dream it's quite scary becuse I dream I'm pulling faces in the mirror, all grotesque and it kind of feels like I'm possessed, it scares me a lot, does anyone else get this? What is it?

Hi everyone, I'm new here, been having unintentional OOBES for about 5-6 years now but I find them very scary, hopefully I will overcome the fear and get out of my body properly one day.

Anyway I have just woken from a scary and strange OOBE. I am missing my (ex)boyfriend as we have just split up (again!) but this time he is completely ignoring my efforts to contact him...my OOBE was that I was in his bedroom, I was right in front of him watching him sleep, but the weird thing is in this 'dream' I was applying a mud pack to my face, I was worried in case he woke up and saw me with it on my face and freak out.

He then put his arm out to me in his sleep, and said 'come here you silly butt' so I decided I'd have to leave (fly off)..then I felt myself flying up and up, but then as usual I woke with a start, freaking out.

What's the meaning of all this? Why the mud pack?? Any answers or ideas most welcome please!

I don't smoke it any more, but I had some experiences when I did, not OOBES but vivid dreams. I once had a dream that I was constructing an Indian mosaic using microscopic particles, adding them in very, very slowly...it was pretty amazing.
