Can anyone tell me about area or citywide curses or simualar Phenomenon. The town I live in is severly depressed in economy, spirit and mentality, we have sever Drug and alcohal use. The school was rated not just one of the worst but the worst in the country, But not only that their is a stretch of Highway I live near that has an unusally high number of deaths not just traffic accidents, but murders and sucides. It's very strange living here its like this cloud of gloom is over the area. I remember growing up I had a number of strange encounters of ghost's and what I would term very unfriendly spiritual creatures. I should also mention that their were a number of cival war battles in this area. If this town is under some kind of neg influence what can be done to counteract it and protect myself against it?

My mom is really annoying when it comes to religion. Since I stopped going too church and began to openly question the legitimatise of the christian religion. My mom has made it her top priority to, grab me on the forehead and bles me in "The Name of Jesus", go through my stuff to find out what kind of books i'm reading and the most annoying thing of all, make snide off-hand remarks about "demons" or "I'm going to end up in a deep dark pit of despair and only Jesus and the Xians can save me". These comments have far from the intended affect of causing me to run screaming to the altar of the nearest church, they actually make me realize that the true power of christainty lies in fear, threats and the belittlement of non-believers. I'm thinking of writing about some of the wacked out adventures my moms had, if your interested let me know because believe me, you would be laughing your butt off if I were to tell you about some of the screwed up stuff she's been into and dragged me into. []

I thought I'd post an experience that really creeped me out. This Morning I woke up to something rubbing my butt, i woke up in my etheric body, I tried to get up but i found my hands and my feet were stuck and i could only come up on my knee's and, this thing was still touching me[!]. So I decided to abort the projection. When I woke up the clock read 2:15am. This really creeped me out. Anybody else ever had this kind of thing happen to them [xx(]

A few days ago I was sitting at my desk with my eye's closed and saw a sort of vision of a building marked FBI, then the Spector of Death came down and hovered over the building swung his scythe and the building erupted into a fireball.I was just wondering if anyone else has seen or felt anything simular to this.

I won't to start this thread to share strories about experiences growing up feel free to comment and share stories.

 Growing up I saw alot of what Robert Bruce call's negs, from the time I was two up until i was twelve i slept with my grandparents in their bed simple because i was terrified, i grew up seeing yellow glowing eyes in the dark, shadows going across the floor things that looked like black cats with dark yellow eyes walking on walls, ghosts, and fits of sleep parylisis where i would see those large black-eyed gray aliens. What's worse is when ever I would say anything, I would be subjected to ridicule by other family members, My question is what attract's these things to some people, while other's never seem to have any problems at all.

I was wondering if anyone knew off any herbs or natural substance's to aid in concentration. Being A.D.D I run into alot of problems doing energy work anything else that requires extreme concentration. So I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what helped them.

Last night I had a strange dream, about being in Iraqi in a field, and seeing mass graves being unearthed, and people looking for the bodies of their loved ones, it was frightingly real the bodies were wrapped in plastic sheets, and appeared to be mummfied, In the dream I was also one of the people helping to uncover the graves. what could it mean, any Ideas?

just awhile ago I was listening to a meditation mp3 called "Meditation Chanting Bhajan Gayatri Mantra 108 Times". I begin to feel lightheaded a feeling of peace and relaxtion spread through my body, along with these weird vibration's. It was an awesome experience I think I found a great new medition aid.[]

I have a question about ghost lights, living in south carolina we have alot of them and they seem to do the same thing when they approach all electrical equipement suddenly fails.radios die cars lights go ect., are they some kind of energy vampires, most hold that they are ghost but most ghost's I know of don't drain evergy, if they are ghost what makes this phenomon happen when they approach.

Yesterday I was attempting to astral project using one of the brainwave generator programs.  I had the strangest senation I felt like my physical dimension's had changed, ie size, shape,  the strangest was with my hands I knew they were placed by my sides but it felt as if they were right beside each other instead of on at my sides, what was this?

This happened to me when I was child can't remember exactly how old I was. I was getting ready for school and my mom told to go next door and pick something up from my aunt. I was running across my mom's yard and came to the edge of road  closed my eyes and jumped into air suddenly I saw dazzling white light and  felt as if I was flying through the air straight into the clouds, time seemed to stop, It felt like pure joy was running through my body  I then opened my eyes and hit the ground on the other side of the street, for days afterword I kept running and jumping into the air to try and get back to that place.
            can anyone give me an idea of what happened to me.

I thought I would share the expereince that first got me involved in astral projection.

Earlier this year I had a very tragic event occur in my family. My cousin who was thirteen along with his stepaunt was murdered by my uncle who then turned the gun on himself.
A few months later having a key to my grandparents church I went to pray and ask God for help, I prayed for help asked God why, when I felt a voice tell me to lay down on the floor I laid on the floor and must have went to sleep but when I woke up i felt vibrations and currents of energy running all over my body, also I heard a loud roaring wind like noise. I just laid their and felt these waves of Energy coming over me 5 in all I think. when I got up the experience stopped.
since then I went on the Internet to find out what the vibration were I found out about astral projection
now I'm hoping to make it the astral this time and see what I believe I would have been shown had I not stopped out of fear the first time

Hi im new here but I've been working with energy development and astral projection for a few weeks now. At first I was experiencing headaches, but now I'm getting this weird itch in the place where  my third eye is at  it's annoying because it feels like its inside of my skull.
                                                  Anybody have any Idea what this is?

To clear one thing up I don't live with my mom. Let me give you some background info. I was once a good little church boy, I believed everything that the Pastors said, heh I even wanted to be a pastor. But then one day I began to realize something I was'nt happy, sure I could go to the little religous pep rallies wave my hands in the air, shout amen and come out feeling good but the next hour i was just as unhappy as before i went. So I decied to stop pretending to be happy and stopped going to church and, set out to seek my own spirtual path, not the one that had been force fed to me since birth. The thing is my mom seems to be more focused on me,than my little brother or sister. My brothers 19 has had his drives license suspended for driving under the influence and my sister 17 has been to rehab. But, I guess as long has they admit to believing in Jesus, it's not serious an issue as my impending damnation []

It could be some of the wacked out stuff that goes with my family.

You know I think most of the DBZ kids, most of them are probably social outcasts, unpopuler picked or having other type of life problems, I know how that feels. How many nights, when i was in school did I fantasize of what it would be like to have the power to hurt my enemies and get revenge for thier injustices against me. It all seems so stupid now, I say let um play thier game; theirs nothing wrong with a child wrapping a towel around his neck and pretending to be superman so long as he does'nt jump of the roof[]

Hell is largly a Jewish concept, in the Jewish religion no one can go to Heaven until the messiah 'not Jesus as Jew's do not believe Jesus is the Messiah' arrives until then everyone lives in sheol or the underworld. sheol is divided into two places  one side of sheol is a comfortble place called abrahams bosem, it's for Jew's only as in Judisim only a practicing Jew can go to heaven, the other side is a place is a place of fire and misery made by God for all the non Jews. Read the story of lazurus and the rich man in the bible it will give you an idea of the Jewish afterlife.

If you have not already done so I would go to doctor to verfy that this is not being caused by something other than N.E.W. like a neurlogical condition or something more like a brain tumor.

Their called ghost lights because they take the form of a glowing ball of light.

I've just started reading the book "Monsters" by John Michael Greer. he's a druid. His study of vampires is very interesting. He contends  that they are actually etheric being who in order to stay close to the physical plane must drain etheric energy from other living things making them sick or even killing them, this seems very much like the ghost lights draining energy from things
