I think there is no danger of it. it might be just a wrong theory   
i remember my reike master told me that during her oobe she saw her silver cord snaps but nothing bad happened to her.

hi  I"ve been seeing a silver glowing light in the corner of my eyes for some time now whenever i turn my attention to it it disappear .anybody has a similar experince or Can u explain it?
