So I think I have found out the main key to projecting;
You have to be in a relaxed enough state to the point where your body is too numb or heavy so you are not feeling it. Usually though it can take some dicapline keeping still for upto 50 minutes while relaxing or perhaps less. But I have found this to be a sure method and when you are in this state you will start to see signs that the exit is approaching like weird noises etc then eventually the vibrations will happen then the exit.
But the main way of progressing to astral project is simply: keep the body still to the point where you don't feel it.
Anyone else agree? I have read a lot of techniques and stuff over the years but have found this to be the simplest and least confusing way.
