Yes, I know you don't have to have cds or anything to get out.  Most of my obs have been spontaneous.  I'm looking for input on the questions I asked just because I thought someone might know some stuff.  I've read alot of the methods on this site and there are some good ones.  I like gadgets and experimentation.  I have used willy Sutfen's video to RV and was totally successful.  Oh, btw anybody got a Frank's Box or used one?  I think it would be so interesting to check out.

I would like to ask about the Gateway Exp. tapes/cds for starters.  Has anyone had much success with them.  I've been a fan of the late Robert Monroe for years---but not enough to spend 400 bucks on a set of tapes or I guess nowdays it's just cds.  From what I gather they are guided imagery and maybe music or background stuff.  Is the Hemi-sync stuff unheard like in sublingual media?  Other people are now selling some Hemi-sync stuff and Wm. Buhlman has some cds.  Are these products like the Carlton Sheets stuff???really expensive, neat to listen to, but not really able to deliver much?  Oh, btw I didn't have to pay for the Sheets stuff--it was given to me.  I do have an early tape of RM based on his 1st book.  I love to listen to his early accounts and he gives a sample of hemi-sync--which sounds like electricity running through motors in various patterns.
Buhlman sounds interesting in interviews but his cds and retreats--like Monroe Ins. products are off the chart.  Has anyone been to any of the retreats?  What were they like?
Last but not least--does anyone know where or have tapes/cds that can be purchased for a Reasonable price.  Ebay had an item for about 85 dollars--still way to high in my opinion.  Or better yet a sharing thing like a lending library.  I knew a lady who had a brick and morter lending library and people fliocked to her to give her tapes, videos, and books--then she let everybody check out items.  Cool.

This looks to be a great site.  I'm glad I found it.  Strange as it may seem the subject of obe just isn't done justice in most forums.  If you find posts at all they are mostly from 2 or more years ago.  I look forward to lots of good reading and info sharing.
