Hi, I was curious to know others experiences with spirits/entities and beings during obe's and astral travel.  Where do people find them. Has any one found them as soon as they have obe'd or AP. Has you experience been positive or negative.

On occation I have come across seemingly other forms of consciousness other then my own. They seem to help me or at least seem help in an aspect of something i'm doing.  These forms of consciousness also seem to attempt to communicate with me.

So if any one knows where spirits/entities and beings hang out it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me.

I was curious if there is any techniques to prolong an OBE or AP? I figure out i'm having an experience and realizing it almost seem to wake me.

When I Obe or astral, I tend to go to places that are black, or blue or white.

I was wondering it these colors represent plains?

In the black I occational see other things, such as some white and gold, orbish thing (which said "don't kill us").  In the black I have also noticed like a cloud of something or a misty wall, with a female voice wanting to talk.

I entered the blue once only briefly it seemed that place was frozen and may of had something to do with time.

The white I have been there twice (that I know of), one time I was brought there by some female entity(?), and saw some people, my impression was since it was white it could be heaven (maybe).  The second time to a similar place I saw some pearlish cloud and felt a female's finger but couldn't see with eyes, saw with something else.

If anyone has information on these plains/ regions or how to stay in these areas longer it would be greatly appreciated if you left a post thanks

Once in a while I find my self in the Black Fluid Soup does anyone know what it is?

I, occationally go there, some times I see, things like out lines of various human type figures.

The last time I went there the asked me not to kill them!!!

I was wondering if someone could explain what the difference of OBE, Astral and Lucid dreams!!!

I was think about phobias, and I thought it interesting that all of phobias have to do with stuff, that I have heard can be found in astral, like spiders, snakes, you could see that a phobia of hights could do with a fear of astral travel or going into lower planes. Maybe phobias have something to do with past life problems with regards to developing ones consciousness. Due some people having a fear of poisonous spiders or snakes where the shouldnt do to the fact they don't have these creatures in the region in which they live. Just a thought!

Ok first I was on tour of some solar system and I'm not sure which one, it was like this little speck on the screen is such and such a planet.  So I was wondering if anyone had any idea where any star charts are with planets that would be cool.  Then as I was waking up I saw a grey, I talked to it, and it didn't say anything it was, like just there sort of in my minds eye and like imbeded in the wall. Then I found myself leaving a young woman's room at night, and I was quite conscious while leaving but looked small like an alien, not sure if I resembled a grey. Then I was like awoken by some young children that were on my shoulder, and we started leaving my room and they told me to beat my wings faster they were like huge angel wings, we flew too this place where I looked in a mirror and appeared like a male version of the Kundalini. I got out of that place quick and ended up with some others that seemed they may have known they were dreaming I told them I was dreaming like twice, so they either believed me, or were just thinkin I was full of excrement.  I remember telling them that awake I didnt have these elephant tatoo's on my arms. Then, I ended up in a mall some guy looked at me strange then I saw a friend and it was like she was like not as conscious, then I like shook her there, untill she seemed a little more conscious, and I grabbed her and we flew up. I was really conscious during all these experiences, I knew I was asleep and and could fly and such. If anyone has any insight on some of the symbolism, and making someone more conscious, I was wondering if it has appeared to anyone that they could shake someone conscious in a dream, or lucid or AP or OBE or whatever this was I was experiencing.

I was discussing in a chatroom about some things which me and the people I was discussing it with found interesting.  About bodies, we have a cellular body, and etheric, astral, mental, spirtual, causal? bodies and we have these things called shadows which extend from us is it possible that shadows have any characteristics, those other bodies seem too.  If you notice these things called shadow people they come in various shapes and sizes similar to any individual's shadow. I'm really curious about these shadow people, more and more seem to hang around me. I can't tell if they are negative, positive or neutral, I can tell when they are around though, I can sense its like a presure. However, I have heard this can happen when spirits attempt to communicate with you. I also see spirts, I believe that are white and of a shimmer sort and with these I tend to just see and there presence I'm not sure if it is felt.

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about glowing body parts. I was told by a woman that she saw, the left side of my body go translucent and it glowed, along with my eye ball glowing like a 60 watt light bulb. Ive noticed occur to, sort of, I understood what she was talking about. It that instant it was difficult seeing out of the glowing eye and it was kind of like things lit up. I was wondering how to develope this and what it is. Thanks

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about ears popping, while on the ground? (I know when you go up in a plane it is the change in pressure) I was wondering if spirits do something when attempting to communicate?  I was also wondering if anyone knows about another sound like morse code that comes from the ear? I have soom questions about remote viewing, I was wondering if there is any way one can block another from remote viewing you. I also was wondering if there is any signs one can pick up that someone is remote viewing you. I also have a question with regards to OBE's when one is having them is there any way they can, make another aware that one is there. I was just curious about the two because I heard of a guy who said someone saw him while he was OBEing, and the guy actually saw him

I have a couple questions that I hope people could shed some light on, first I want to talk about this place I call the inbetween, its this area in which it is all black, and I am conscious, I was wondering if this is some astral plane or not. I have found my self there a lot, sometimes I hear a part of me talking there, I can see my arms and such there as well when I look at them, and once I put my hand to my ear to hear the voices louder. The other night in the inbetween I saw some aliens there which I may have manifested in some way.  I also have a question about OBE's is it possible to start from some where else besides where you are sleeping, because I seemed to lastnight, I relised I was asleep, and it was some other type of body of mine that I was in, so I decided to fly, is this Astral, an OBE or a Lucid dream, when I was flying it was through blackness maybe some sort of medium, its sort of cloudy flowing stuff.  I also have a question about this being, entity or something that has been helping me with OBE's on occation it seems to be there, when I get out of my physical body at times,  it has a black cloak, and a white body, the cloak tends to do manifest some of my impressions of it. I kind of described it as bats because it was at a different vibrational rate and so was the body of the entity then I seemed to be at, and then bats appeared from it. I have seen this entity like four times, and one time it flew with me like it was on my back and I was holding its arms if you have any ideas or comments about this it would be appreciated Thanks

If you sleep on your stomach you can put your hand under your pillow and your head. Supposedly your suppose to use your left hand not sure if it really matters.  Don't put the full weight of your head on your hand though. It seems to work for me.

I was wondering if anyone has found anything that has talked to them in the 3D blackness?  I have seen these golden orbs in there if its the same place and they said, "for me not to kill them".  I have also seen this black jello type substance and when I got closer I saw white light. On another occasion I also saw something that caught me  and was attempting to stabilize me being there and attempted to talk to me but I woke up.

You could be being taught how to see a different way, attempt to touch somthing. I had a similar experience where I was some where really bright and could basically just see white around me. Then I attempted to touch something and noticed I could see more.

When I can Obe better, it will be a chance (or another chance) to learn and teach. What I have to offer

Some how this place opens up to me when I start getting conscious in dreams.  Its like an opening is created and I go in, it seems to be under dreams maybe!
