If you are seeing light when you dont wish to , this coule be a sign that you are not anchored or grounded into your body. Try some simple grounding excercises , such as focus on the breath, massage or excercise. Or simply 3 taps onto the crown of your head...

you could gage your progress by you level of peace aftwards??
meditation is about expanding beyond the concious mind, into our true self... yet it is your mind that is wanting to know , to measure to guage...

Pot expands certain levels of our being. Mainly , from my experience the mental body. which is a way of "letting go" to those unconcious beliefs that can hinder us astral travelling or meditating. however, it hinders us on other levels which limit us...

my name is luke , and i am new here!!
im an energetic healer , and as such i travel into the astrals each time i meditate...
i can do this quiet easily...
however i want to do an etheric projection into real time... I have robert bruce's amazing book.
i am wondering if someone has a really good technique to do an etheric projection for someone who is already familiar with a similar type of projection... cheers guys looking forward to a great conversation...
