I have been an Empath all my life. A lot of cases are where my emotions take on the form of a person next to me. It sometimes really sucks.

What do you do to AP when in the right state of mind? I think I am doing something wrong. I can get into a good state yet, I don't leave my body and I keep telling my spirit to get out my body. What should I do about this?

Well I mean that all my dreams are black. Nothing, notta. I am looking for a really good free Binaural Beat area where I can download it to my PsP too.

Okay this is just a brief descreption of my life and magick or Astral Projection.

When I was younger I always had vivid interactive dreams and vivid imagination. At 7 one nightmare scared me so much I stopped dreaming and my imagination faded. Now 7 years later I have read about AP and would love the experience to open my hidden abilities and psychic powers. I have tried various methods yet all seem to have been in vain.

If someone has gone through this experience and you overcame it can you please tell me what to do to accompish my goals. If you can thank you vey much.

No, not really. I have read about this and many of my friends that can astral project know as well.

Yes there are many creatures in the Astral Realm. Not relating to spirits at all here is a list I know that are in the Astral Plane.

Mermaids
Dragons
Angels
Unicorns
Trolls
Gnomes
Undines
Familiars

You may think I am dumb and there is no such thing as Mermaids or Dragons. But next time you project imagine you are near a Waterfall, Ocean, Lake etc. Then think a mermaid is coming to help you. Then see what that happens. Now Angels are a different story since they are either in Heaven or in a realm or their own. Archangels govern their own realms.

Just try it and see what happens but please don't be rude and post here your stupid, they don't exist. If you are gonna do that don't post at all.

Well I don't think its cool, just amazing. I have read that it can change your life and I would like to meet all spirits that know me. But it does seem that we are on the same boat.

Mostly what I do is once I am very relaxed I say to myself "My body is light and I will get outside of my body". Sometimes I feel light but nothing happens. I never think about the nightmares since that was years ago, just wanted to say it seemingly tramatized me when I was younger.

I have only a couple of Binaural Beats one for making your Brain learn easier and for an OBE. I also have a hypnosis session where I guy guides you through to relax your body and mind. Its worked yet my forehead hurts and I have no clue why. I don't think my 6th Chakra is open yet it always hurts.

I mostly want to have an OBE to learn from the experience and visit to learn even more every time I can. If you are Wiccan or believe in Mythological Creatures a lot of them inhabit the Astral Realm.

I have tried many and various ways to Astral Project. I have tried Binaural Beats, Meditations and many other ways, yet all ended in failure. I have a tragic past where I was petrified of my dreams becuase they were always night terrors or nightmares. Yet I would love to Astral Project and it has been 7 years since I was 7 and had those horrible dreams. Does anyone know a way that is good and allows you to astral project.

I also believe that I have astral blindness as when I seem close I see nothing just darkness and when I try to open my eyes only my physical eyes open.

Can anyone tell me ways to fix this and astral project? I have read countless books and none have worked.

What is this type of kenisis anyways? I have heard a lot about it and I don't think I grasp it. What is it?

I have read that the third eye allows you sight in the astral plane and can help with many other things! Its just I know how to its just my mind does not have a shut up button. How can I stop all the thinking?

I used to have dreams when I was younger and I would consider them Lucid Dreams since they were very vivid. I can't astral project, but I am trying to use binaural beats to help me have an OBE.

I'm new here. I have never astral projected before. I have dreamed when I was younger and they were always very vivid. Now in my teens, I still can't dream or astral project. So I am here to learn ways to astral project and many other things too.
