Hello, and peace; I have not posted in some time because of other obligations, much has been learned by me since I have last posted. I thank the admins for not deleting my account as it has been six months or more since i have last posted. I wanted to share with you all something that I saw. My dad is 60 years and is retiring to the Caribbean in two years after my step mom retires. My dad hired me  (Not for money but love), My bro, and Two of my bro's friends to transport his next home; the sailing vessel Nereus, a 40 foot sailboat to the gulf coast. we sailed down the Chicago river to the Mississippi, from there to the Tennessee river, to the ten-tom into the gulf of Mexico. In Gautier Mississippi I was smoking a cigarette at about 11:00 p.m. I looked towards my dads boat and a saw a ball of light come from the cabin, go outside the boat, and shoot to the stars above. I went inside the boat for some sleep myself and all on board were snoring and in dreamland. what I believe I saw was my brothers' astral body or that of his friends shooting to the stars; As there physical body slept. This ball, of light was about 8 inches, by 8 inches, translucent but solid in its own form. I have seen flying saucers in my life but this was not one of them, it came from inside the boat. All aboard were well and alive but asleep. the only conclusion left to me was I saw an astral body shooting towards the heavens. what a sight to see!!! thaks for reading and peace....

I have been into the idea of astral projections for quite a few years now; and have had success to the point of staying out for a few seconds and back in as soon as i realize I'm' out.
however most of the time I try, I still have problems bringing on the vibrations and therefor cant get out. that is until now! I have discovered something, that brings Very intense vibrations for me. and i hope this is a help to you here who have trouble bringing on the vibration. I tend to meditate, or at least try to on a daily basis. Meditation didn't seem to work for me. anyway a few days ago, I went to a local area, Symphony orchestra concert. During the concert the Vibrations started; and when I went to bed later that night they appeared strongly. The next time i tried oobe after that, I didn't listen to any orchestra music, and had little weak vibrations. I have started listening to Orchestra music before i attempt oobe. And every time the Vibrations appear faster, and more intense. I dont know what orchestra music has to do with vibrations, but for me it seems to bring them on.  since i think Vibrations are a key part; there's one thing i think I can say for sure. at least for myself

I'm sure i posted this somewhere before. I went to bed one night, and got an extreme sense of vertigo after I layed down, i then had a spontaneous and unwanted out of body experience. i flew out my window toward the cold pavement below, and didn't know I was out of body. ever since then i have become fascinated with the idea of oobe, and want to use it for spiritual development. but besides that its a sense of adventure that got me into it. the entire world has been mapped and there's nothing new to discover here on the physical. the astral opens up a whole new level. I want to feel what Columbus felt when he stepped foot on the new world.   

I have been trying to have oobe's for over two years and get to the point of partial lift out, then get jerked back in. however i did have the same problem, of falling asleep. there are three things I would recomend to cambatt the "Falling asleep problem" first is to throw your sleep habbits off wack. On weekends or when you dont have work try sleeping in the day so at night or when you try, you wont be as tired, but hopefully still able to relax. you can also set your alarm clock to go off after you go to bed, in order to train your mind to stay awake longer. set an alarm for 20 mins for the first day, then 40 the second day, 80 the third day, 160 the fourth day. try to stay awake, untill the alarm go's off". and do this every night, and when you are extremely tired. also do energy meditations. to energize the mind/relax the body. good luck..   

DMT. as i know it is a natural brain chemical, and we all of a stock pile of it, that is released upon death. DMT is hard to test for because it is a rapidly decreasing chemical, abnormal amounts only stay in your blood stream for about 20 mins. Have you ever herd of licking toads? that's the common method of ingestion. I personal have tried it, when in high-school. simply put my advise is,  DON'T DO IT.  DMT makes an acid trip look like a day at the park. its an uncontrollable ride. and if you are not repaired for it, you will be kicking yourself for doing it. you cannot overdose as far as i know, but don't Quote me on that. however you can loose control of your physical movements, and your perception of self diminishes. Marijuana, Acid, Coke, Codeine, Alcohol, Mushrooms, the list go's on. if you do DMT just be cautious about it, and have a Sober-trip sitter with you.

Im' not a witchdoctor, but I felt like crap a wile back. Then i did an Aura cleansing! it sounds to me like you might have some aura or chackara damage. if you have been under stress you can tear holes in your Auric energy field or you could throw your chackara centers off balance. Thought forms and Psychic Vampires can also cause disruptions in your Aura and Chackaras. if i were you I would Do a Aura cleansing. to do so, you can Draw yourself a bath and put 2 tbsp. Vinegar, sea salt, and Olive oil, in the bath water along with some Sage. soak in it for a wile and imagine your aura becoming bright,strong,and shielded. or you can take some burning Sage, or incense like frankincense and stand under it, letting the smoke clean your Aura. Then i would start on energy work. Crystal Meditation, color meditation, and deep breathing exercises. --Regardless of weather or not you try this, hope you feel better soon. peace.....

Yes that's how they were! my eyes were closed but i was really seeing them, through the hole in my mental screen! They seemed to be as real as a flesh and blood living being on this plane. and they were basically surrounding me and within only about 6 inches of my perceived self! The first impression i got; was that they were goblins! Of course all i know about them is from mythology! And mythology can be very different from actual reality. I am not about to judge a being based on what myth tells me. of course most portrays goblins as tricksters and though not Evil per say, need to be watched out for. its interesting though Vibra that you mention you would see them after doing things you were not proud of. in mythology they have that persona of being the devil on your shoulder, perhaps guiding you away from doing the right thing!
also in response to ancient_one: They were not dressed except for loin clothes covering there jewels. another thing that is interesting to note were that these beings like the mythological goblin had relatively big almond shaped eyes, they did have eye whites and pupils that were dark dark brown! Mythology also says Goblins are 2-3 ft. these were 7, and I sensed a high intelligence that over pars mine or anyone I know; wear as goblins are portrayed to be dumb. I have time to find out who these beings are, and what they represent. considering there height and perceived intelligence I think they were an angelic being of some sort, maybe an elf. but I have never seen any being like it in my dreams. this was also definitively a vision. past, present, or future i do not know. i also dont know if these beings exist only in the astral, or are physically incarnate in another demention or on another planet. this sort of event does help keep me motivated to continue to try to succeed at out of body travel, so whoever they are I thank them for that. peace be with you....

Anyway The following is a vision i had thismornin after i woke up!  I woke up around 6:30 not recalling any dreams or astral projections! I rolled over and kept my eyes closed, eager to catch the last moments of this peaceful waking state before my day started! At around 6:40 i opened my eyes, my minds was clear and i was refreshed. I sat up and looked around my room then i layed back down and closed my eyes to blink! Somthing was different with my mental screen, there was a round hole in it! an image apeared in the hole that was on my mental screen. it was me, stairing another being in the eye! then i turned away and started doing something! i cant say what because i was not the focus of this vision! The vision turned and zoomed out about 120 degrees and back several feet to give a better picture! there were now 3 of these beings ( I will describe them in detail later) with me, there focus was on me; and my focus was on some unknown task. the focuse of the vision was these 3 beings. I have no idea who they are, what there intentions are, and i was 100% emotionaly detached from the whole seen! so i got no sence of good or evil! there facial expressions were stern. not happy and not sad! now i will describe them, and am posing this question "has anyone here encountered the drescribed beings, what can you tell me about them?" They were atleast 7 feet tall, and slender, but muscular in apearence, considering there hight i would give there weaght around 215-225 ibs. they had lime green skin, pointed ears that went to the top of there rounded head, They were bald with no facial hair exept for streaght eyebrows! I got an impression of high intelegence and perpose! the best way i could decribe them was a bald, lime green colord mr spock from star trek! or the typical goblen that you would see in a game like ever-quest or the first harry potter movie! exept those creatures are 2-3 feet tall not 7! this was not a dream and these spiritual beings are real! Are these Guides? Angels? Elves? Goblens? faries? I dont know! I am thinking about trying to contact these beings using some form of seance' but im not shure i should! everything exept the beings were hazy in this vision! I am very happy i had this experiance, because i find it higly mystical/spiritual! but at the same time it has me sailing withou a compass so to speak! any insight would help; thank you and peace be with you!!

Greetings! one thing i know about tarot cards, is that if you are in a trance state they can be accurate almoste 100% of the time! last night i was medditating on this and i thought of the lottary! i live in the U.S. in the state of illinois! i decided to enter a trance state and try to channel the pick 4 lottary numbers today; out of a deck of cards! i listened to my trance recordings and entered the state! anyways i focussed on my goal, and randomly thru out the cards (sequenced between 1-9) just like i do with tarot and then somthing odd happened! somthing that is wigging me out! 3 of the cards that i Channeled disapered rite infront of my eyes, i sewar to God they simply vanished! do you on astral pulse have any thoughts on this? is this some sort of phazing?

I have been into Occult ralated things for about 10 years. well Before I was into the idea of astral travel! You cant stop anyone from projecting from what i have read, but you can stop them from staying! The white light suggestion is a good one! You might also want to do a house cleansing ritual. And do a lesser banishing ritual every time you sence this unwanted presence! these rituals raise the atmospheric vibrations so anything with ill intent cant stay around; and whatever it is will soon get the point if you presist with the rituals! If its an assighned spirit guide, you cant get rid of it. But those you want around anyway! Also remember like attracts like, if you send out posative energies you recieve new ones back, if you send out nagative energies you will recieve negative energies back; up to and including unwanted spirits! and so called ASTRAL HARASSMENT.

Hello. several years before I got into the idea of OOBE, I was interested in EVP.  I have decided to give OOBE attempts a SHORT breake and do some chackara work and spiritual cleansing before I continue with it. I recently sawl the movie "White Noise" and that reignited my interests in EVP. as a method of possable communications with spirit guides and so forth. I have done EVP with sucess few times, but that was 5 or 6 years ago. Obviously Kenetic/Atmospheric manipulation for a spirit is difficult to say the least!  EVPS generaly only last 3-6 seconds and consisting of only a few words sounding very raspy. One reason that I think its so difficult is because of frequency/vibrations of the white noise being generated for them! I use an anolog AM/FM radio with the antena in the storage posistion. It is not hard to find pure static, but i dont know if it is better to use the AM. or FM. band. Does anyone know which band/frequency generation is reccomended for evp, as it relates to making things simpler for the spirit trying to come across? thanks for reading! peace.....

As far as I know OOBE'S for the MOST part happen when the physical Body is relaxed; and every OBE. Book i have read provides Techniques that relax the physical Body and Provides Gradual Calm Lift out. But there is another Aspect of OBE. Thats Less Discussed. And thats what i want to talk about here! I have also read that OOBE'S can Happen under Extreme Physical or Emotional Stress and/or Pain. I have read allot of books on OBE, but non of them provide Techniques that involve the way of pain and suffering with the exception of the maldoons thirst technique. The Various articles i have read say that Mild Electric Shocks in cirtan areas of the Body can produce an obe, Also pressure points and wounds in cirtan areas! For example The Native American Tribe Chief that Killed col. Custard and is men. did a vision quest and lacerated his body over 200 times to produce it. I have read that torture stretching has worked. or pricking Cirtan (but Unidentified) bones. but with all this information there is no Written Step by Step Technique that has issued to produce an OBE by the way of pain and suffering! i am sure step by step techniques exist and have been recorded; but no-one touches open it! Grant it any such methods that exist within this category are probably extremely unsafe! And most people would not be crazy or masochistic enough to try them! but regardless of that fact i want to read up on ALL OBE Methods including the less desirable ones! so let me post these questions and feel free to PM. me if you feel uncomfortable posting in reply.  Do you know of any such Methods and what are they? Have you Tried any of these Methods and did they work? Do you know of any reading material; Books, E Books, Articles, journals. that specifically touch upon this subject? i am trying to gather this information for the perpose of research (not Practice) in any regards thanks for reading and Safe Journeys.

There has always been debate on what order the universe is! Recently I Meditated on this, and Received what I believe to be a profound insight! the order of the Universe is a Davine Circle! The Creative force that leaves the Davine Spark always returns to itself!  The order of the Physical Universe is as follows!  God Rules Over Man, Man Rules over Mind, mind rules over matter, matter Rules desire, and desire sends back the Davine spark to God.

Reaching out to God

This is why; God created the Universe. God is the Davine Spark; although in reality God is not Male or Female, but both and nothing at the same time. God created every force in the Universe Including us, and is in essence the whole Universe. Man is the second part of the order! We as Humans have the Davine spark. Humans are a Dim, mirrored reflection of God. And as thus have free will and the ability to create various illusions of reality.  Mankind however lacks the sense to create a perfect reality, or for some reason chooses not to! We create this reality with the mind. Our mind creates perceived reality by our Desires, Hopes, Fears, and other Emotions. Our Minds desire manifests into physical matter or the illusion of solid reality.  The physical circumstances or matter; Molds our desires which return to God. God sends us back fresh thought forms to mold our mind and fix negative circumstances! Here is an Example: God is; We are, Our mind Creates matter, The circumstances of our lives create desire, and with desire the Human reaches to God by means of Meditation, prayer, dreams. etc..  Man then receives Gods responce! this Responce is an aspect of Karma! This Karma is in place to teach humans how to create perfect desired reality! All energy returns to the source that created it. As Humans; we create energy and transform it into matter! but don't forget, God creates us. now here is the real kicker, We create the Illusion of reality, because true reality cannot be defined! and it cannot be defined because there is no perception of it.   

Remember: Send out feelings of love, peace, and hope. Do this so there will be more of these feelings in our reality. and less of the other undesired ones.

That is how I perceive the order of the universe! how do you Persieve it?

I have seen a flying saucer in RL; and a few times in various types of dreams, including LD. For me the Symbolism of Aliens and Ufo's, is that if Loneliness and disappointment! Pretend for a second that you are the Outer earthly being (alien) you traveled from a point near the system of Reta zacticuli with another ship that went ahead of you. you shoot into hyperspace and arrive at earth. much time has passed, and you know by the time you get back to your homeworld, all who you knew would be long dead; this is a small sacrafice for a mission of such importance! you exit hyperspace and learn the ship that went before you, had to crash land in new Mexico for some unknown reason. your ship was also damaged in hyperspace by astral dimensional turbulence caused by a collapsing wormhole near your flight path. you leaked too much Hyperdimensional fuel to get home. later you learn that your sister ship was lured to earth by several cooperating governments under the false pretence of "peace" and was shot down deliberately for the perpose of acquiring technology and taking biological samples of your friends, that was 20 years before you arrived. currently an odd war is going on and the U.S. government is crop dusting one of there own towns to see if LSD can be used as a chemical weapon. the Vietnam war is happening and the most powerfull man in the world "Nixon" is a crook. you decide to take a cryo nap outside Earths orbit and Wait until more of your friends arrive! meanwile Apollo 13 blowes an intake valve and you think to yourself how sad it is that they are trying to put a nuke on the moon. you wake 20 years later. You realise to your horror that the DNA taken from your friends has been used to make hybrid cloans that are under government controll for the perpose of milab (military Alien, Abduction) this is to make the general populace fearfull of you. even worse then this the militaries have made a bio-geneic weapon, that will only kill your species. everyone on the planet has been exposed to it! with contact physically imposable now; you set course for your home world. you will get as far as you can before your fuel runs out, and hopefully your homeworld will send a rescue party! you blast off into hyperspace feeling sad, lonely and depressed. Too bad the earthlings wont ever receive what was in cargo bay #3. its contents are gifts of free energy, medical technology, and vital information on the survival of there planet. There is Aliens symbolism for you. specifically the "greys" also known as the auninaki. they helped create us, and now because of our greed and fear, they can t help us evolve. they now symbolise loneliness, when they should symbolise hope!

My most memorable obe was my first. And the one that got me interested in astral projection! It was about four years ago at the age of 20 and i didnt know what obe was! I had at this time been into other occult activeties, ouija boards etc.. (This was also when I was smoking pot) anyway; it had been about a week since I had smoked. I went to bed. I felt relaxed and felt heavy, this was not unusual! the next thing that happened was i felt a pulsating energy surge throughout my entire body! i started to experience propertion changes and felt "high" even though i was not. these were all new sensations, but not threatening. Then i started to feel a spin, it was a light spin at first and then all at the same time, without warning the energy and spinning increased 1000xtimes then it happend! I flung out of my body like a projectile out of a slingshot, right out the window of my room, and then down toward the cold pavement. I did not know i was out of body, I thought I had a seizure and just jumped out the window. the second before i was about to hit the ground i had enough time to think this exact thought "ohh **** I just killed myself " then i felt like i was flying. Went back through my window and was thrown back into myself with about the same speed I was thrown out with! my body jerked wildly and i felt an electrocution, like the feeling of a static shock, only 100xtimes more intense. I sat up breathing heavily, shaking, and sweating! I was completely freaked out by this experience and was afraid to go to bed for some time after that! then i realised i wasn't dead. read up on near death experiences; which lead me to learning what spontaneous astral projection is! I concluded thats what it was. And ive been hooked on the idea of AP. ever since. this was my most memorable obe, also my first, and most frightening! it only lasted about 8 seconds, but in chaos thats a long time! i still don't know why it happend, but since then i have been trying to obe, and have made partial separation!  floating about an inch above my body, for a second or two, then back in!   

The trick with OBE is "mind awake, body asleep". There are several methods that help, but none are guaranteed. Monroe says raise your forarm, and as you enter sleep paralysis your arm will fall down and force you to wake up a little. It takes people between 10 and 45 minuets to go to sleep! The thing I recommend is setting your cell phone to vibrate 30 mins after you go to bed. When you enter that hypnopomic sleep state, the cell will vibrate and wake you up; make notes of exactly what this pre sleep state feels like. Make affirmations stating that you will retain alertness to this state. After a few days of this, it should not be a problem! One other method to retain alertness is to go to bed before you usually do! your body can fall asleep even when your mind is not tired! try it at different times during the day. Also I take  natural supplement at night sometimes, although this is not advise! I take a 3 mg. supplement of melatonin (a natural brain chemical that is released during sleep), this in my experience helps relax me and clear my negative thinking; and speeds up process of going to sleep, thus helping me stay conscious of the transition into the hypnopomic state! it the next part thats hard for me (getting and staying out) so far the longest conscious oobe i have had lasted about 30 seconds followed by a quick drop and a sudden shock!

The Fact is no-one knows what will happen on 12-21-2012. I hope the human mind acends into another demension of higher thinking, and we learn to save our planet from the distruction we have caused it. Or Outer Earthly Beings (Aliens) might land and share technologies that free mankind from our Energy Crisis, Help solve world hunger, and Cure Desiese! Or the Earth might come to a near end! whatever the outcome, we cant do anything about it exept hope for our desired outcome. But one must also prepair for the worst, because there is a doomsday senario that is based on science, and that my Government is prepairing for! It makes no diference to me weather or not the world ends on 12-21-12 But i do not think it will! The Earth and all other Planets in the known Universe are Miracles of Devine Creation, and so is the life on them! if the world does end, there will simply be another planet for our souls to accend on! however I do believe that Massive changes in our Earth and the surrounding Energies will occur! Personaly I think Higher Evalution and Desaster often go hand in hand! the linked youtube vidio has some validity but i dont believe this event should it occur will cause the end of the world! Hello, new here myself! was reading through the forums and i came across this one! The answerer is a definitive yes! I have seen Auras mixing; At my Moms wedding. She had been divorced for 15 years, me and my brothers were out of the house and she decided to give E-harmony a try! It Worked! When She and here new to be husband were about to take the Wedding vows there auras were a hue of blue and white and golden color, (very happy, and euphoric) They were moving in and out and swirling around each other! there auras were also pulsing up/down and sideways! the best way i can describe it is there auras were dancing, yet there physical counterparts were still. It was amazing: My Aunt who is a Mild Psychic, and also sees and senses auras occasionally, said she didn't see that; here attention was elsewhere! My aunt did however say she felt extremely strong energies of love, euphoria, and peace coming from them!  From seeing this and reading about similar events, I can conclude that in instances of love, and feelings of kinship, especially between lovers. Auras do mix, and its an amazing sight to see.

hello, i am not new to the paranormal. partial oobe separation, or truth seeking, i am however no means an expert, and am new to blogging! I joined this form so i can perhaps make new online friends and receive guidance in spiritual advancement, and vice versa share my experiences and help others! my main goals are to succeed at astral projection and explore the planes, visit the akshakic records, contact spirit guides, review my Karmic cycle, review past and future lives, and clear myself of the karmic need for reincarnation onto this plane! i am currently 24 years old, live in the U.S. in the fine state of Illinois! currently represented by the future U.S. president (proud to be an American once again) my search started 10 years ago, shortly before i entered highschool, and in that time i have made contact once via evp, once via ouija board, i have seen one ghost when i was travelling on the road, i have seen two flying saucers in my life! I have seen more then most people living in my country, and talk about it more then most who have! I am a Gnostic Christian with some Buddhist and Islamic beliefs tied in! and believe that evaluation of the soul throughout many lives!
