Heya again,
Looking for help as per usual.  I have an attachment here of an amulet type thing. Found on the coast of Europe in the ocean.  Been looking around for a while but can't seem to find anything.  Any help or sites that you could recommend would be very useful as i am not sure how safe this talisman is.
It is a grey circle, with the star of david, that part is simple.  In the center of the star is a oblong face with horns curved out.  Above this is a series of letter that i can't read.  In between each angle of the star is an oval shape with either a sun and/or flower. Each of these 6 are alternate designs.  Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I have been traveling since i can remember but 3 days ago i ran into some problems.  An old friend contacted me as he had been attacked on the planes.  He said that he had experienced something close to an epileptic fit.  I went to scope it out.  I almost saw wat it was but i experienced a blinding pain in my eyes and also my physical body.  I woke up with a burst vessel in my eye and severe pain through out my body.  I have to admit that i am scared and need help to find out wat this is and how it can be beaten.
I am also a practising wicca for 5years so thought i was prepared.   If anyone can suggest something i would be more than grateful.

There were so many replies to your question but i am not sure if anyone had covered this point.  Before even attempting OBE (how i learned anyway) you must first manage and perfect dream recollection.  By conciously telling yourself as you drift to sleep that you will wake up and remember after every dream.  It is important to write down all that you can remember; colours or black and white etc.  Then start off for the OBEs.
This learning may take years it is nothing to do in a hurry.

OBEs are an important part of self growth on all levels.  It allows you to explore different planes and come into conact with many different spiritual people.
