I've had the experience of the dark oppressiveness where I felt like I couldn't move. I think there is some strong presence in the astral that is causing this.

Every time I've been in a negative situation it seems like I always just to decide to be somewhere else and I instantly am. I've encountered entity's I didn't like so I just moved away. One time when I first came out of my body I felt this overwhelming darkness. My astral body was in a fetal position in a corner of my bedroom. It felt like some force trying to subdue me or something. I suddenly decided I was strong and I appeared in a different place.

That's so weird about the Col. Sanders guy because I had a situation once where I left my body and I was flying through the air intending to go spy on someone although at the time I didn't think of it as spying,just visiting, and suddenly I felt someone grab my arm. I yelled let me go! I was pulled to someplace and when I opened my eyes i i saw this man who was older with gray hair and glasses! I didn't know what to think of him and it startled me so much that I was instantly back in my body. I've always wondered who that guy was. I wondered if the fact that I was trying to spy had something to do with him grabbing me like that. But the guy you describe sounds just like him! What do you think?

What's sp? You know I came across one entity that had a huge Magenta and gold halo aura I had 'sex' with and it was like tentacles of energy all over my body!

Wow I wonder what it means that we get pulled up there? Did u get bad vibes from them?

One time When I projected I did not think of a specific place to go so my consciousness went straight up through the atmosphere and into space. I saw several triangular shaped UFOs. They were silver with red lights. And I got a very bad feeling from them and I knew that they really were there in the space around earth.  Has anyone else had any experience like this?

I've come out of my body before and felt a dark presence . I think there really is something out there that doesn't want people to have these experiences. I just knew I was more powerful than it and i projected my consciousness elsewhere. Maybe you should focus on powerful WhiteLight around you at all times. If you come out of your body and feel this again know you are more powerful and imagine yourself somewhere else.

When I get to the state deep in meditation and I know I can project sometimes i visualize different geometric shapes and use them as a gateway. I'll let myself be absorbed into the symbol and it takes me different places. Some of the symbols have taken me to places that I didn't like. Try triangles or circles or stars. I would love to hear if this worked for you and where you went.

Do you feel kind of like when you're going down on a roller coaster like the feeling in your belly of butterflies? I get this pretty often when I'm meditating and about to project. It used to startle me out of my meditation but now I roll with the feeling and it takes me different places. It's hard to keep on into that feeling because it's startling but if you can it's pretty amazing.

Hello. One time when I was projecting I saw a creature who was very tall who had one eye and I believe had black skin. He was not missing an eye he just only had one. He spoke to me and I think at the time I could understand it but now I don't remember what it was. I was wondering if anyone else has come across an entity like this one. I've seen many other things also elementals and maybe other people I've also had a lot of astral sex. Does anyone else have experiences like that? When I've had sex with certain other entities they have looked like other people but I don't think they were human. I've declined one such who I came across because i got bad vibes from it. The sex felt like a melding of energies wich was enjoyable. One time another person I saw questioned me to find out if I was good I gess and I said look at my back and I realized I had huge white wings! It was amazing!
