Landscape.. hmm.. it was vast, and dark. Sort of empty of things except it was filled with grains of various colours. I was alone but i could feel a presence. at first my thoughts were filled with things i wanted to do, but then in a while, all those thoughts faded away.

Hello
I had this experience couple days back and it has left me very confused and speechless. Would be very thankful if i could get any advice or comments regarding what happened. So here goes, my experience.
Ive already had a very bad nightmare a year back and thats when for the first time i came to know about ap and things. But have never tried anything.
So few days back, i woke up around 2am and couldnt fall asleep till 5 am. So i plugged in my earphones and played a binaural beats with isochronous tone on youtube and went to sleep. I slept immediately and all of a sudden i had this feeling that my head was vibrating. And the intensity kept increasing. I couldnt tolerate it anymore. I wanted to rip the earphones off and i tried it. I could feel that i was pulling them off mt ears. But they wouldnt come off. But im pretty sure i took my hands and tried pulling the wires but they wouldnt come off no matter how much i tried.
Then the vibrations were increasing and i could feel like somethig or someone was pulling me up. And i think its when the isochronous tones stuck, i couldnt take it anymore. I felt a jerk and got pulled upwards like climbing a rope. Then suddenly i tripped and fell down n felt like i was entangled in something. It was at that time i felt someone helping me. Couldnt recognise who it was. But he comforted me , helped me out and calmed me. I dont remember what happened then. I had this feeling of seeing weird random colourful landscapes and i got lost in it. After what seemed like a long time, i felt the same presence putting me to sleep and felt a tap on my chest/stomach and regained consciousness. Immediately pulled off the earphones. Got up, and drank some water. then slept off.
This experience has left me with strange questions, fears, doubts, and lots of mixed feelings and emotions. I would be really relieved to hear your views and comments on this.
