I have tapped a card to my window to see if I can view it, and know the answer before I look. I keep forgetting to look though. Also, I am new to this, but things are missing sometimes when I project. But I don't feel like it's just an altered state of mind. I am not coming down on anyone, and I think it would be cool if someone wanted to try and do what you have proposed, but for me, it's about what I can achieve and learn not how I can prove to other people what my ability is. So, I'm out. I totally couldn't do it anyway... Lol

I agree meditation is fantastic! I think for most people this is a life long project. Maybe your a little overly excited. That happens to me and I will not be able to stay lucid for very long :/ just keep working on it with no expectations maybe???

Hi, that happens to me sometimes. So, back when I wasn't interested in astral projection it happened a lot, soon as I became interested in it, it stopped.  Not completely, but pretty close. Isn't that crazy lol :/

I have never had my legs crossed, but my arms, yes. I didn't seem to have a problem with it. I think, and this is just a guess, but it may be because you believe you can't get out in that position so your having a hard time with it.  I think someone already said that lol... So I concur<---- if that's how you spell it lol :/

I love the hand idea. I'm going to give it a shot. I get so excited, and I don't focus well. I'm like a five year old in a candy store. I also seem to have this odd problem with speed. I either move super fast, or very slow. It's odd.

It is true that if you measure one entangled particle it determines the possible outcomes of measurements on the other particle in the pair. that's not the case with everything you do to the particle. When you rotate one particle it does not rotate the other. Entanglement is about correlations between measurements, not the absolute states. There is a lot of math involved lol...

As far as we know, that's all it is. I think there is a lot more to it. Unfortunately, I am not smart enough to figure out what it is...

I feel like your idea of using DMT for Astral Projection is going to be a hindrance. This is just my opinion. Meditation regularly will probably get you there faster then any drug. Also, there are a lot of book written on the subject.

My husband died 3 years ago from cancer. You must have went through a lot. I have a daughter that's your age and I have seen her struggles. Spiritual growth is a great path to be on!

Hi, I have totally had that happen to me before. I have this signature noise I hear before astral projection. It's the sound of a book or something hitting a hard surface. I also hear other things like people talking but, that's just random. I feel strange things like static electricity, or being poked.

I seem to have the best luck with Astral Projection in the afternoon. So sit up half way out of my physical body, and am studying my hand. physical hand that is. I felt groggy like I just woke up and I wasn't sure why I was just looking at my hand, but I felt like that was the point lol... It was like I knew I want supposed to leave my room, just observe my surroundings. It's like I'm going backwards. I made it outside the time before that, but now I'm stuck in this room???

Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Taking a quick look over that video, I don't think that was it. its interesting though if you want to watch it anyway. I can't remember where I heard the idea. I will find it though. I know I didn't come up with it on my own lol...

I believe it is called quantum physics debunks materialism. I did watch 2 videos, so it could be the other one. oh and its on youtube. if its not that one, i will try to look in my history and find the name of the other.

Sorry forgot to explain my reasoning. So I watched this youtube video that explained that a particle will make a copy to go through two slits simultaneously. could it be that we do the same thing. we copy in order to be in two realities at the same time...

Maybe someone can explain what I'm thinking in a more intelligent way lol...

What i'm proposing is that the etheric body does not exist until we create it... That may explain why some people have a hard time with Astral projection from a meditative state. the observer effect is kinda what i'm getting at.

I'm probably way off... Just a thought

one more thought. Could it be that we make a copy because we go inside and look at ourselves??? Yep, I went there lol... These are just ideas of mine, that im sure have all been looked at before. I just don't really understand it.

I had this thought that while people are communicating during astral projection they are doing it through quantum entanglement. also, could it be that before astral projection we create a copy of ourselves? We would not be creating an exact copy though. HHMMMM I don't understand that at all. So if we are not astral projecting we are one, but then right before astral projection we create a copy that makes quantum entanglement and quantum tunneling easier? I believe empathy is quantum entanglement. Not sure how it works though. If you have any ideas about this I would really appreciate hearing them.

Please keep in mind that I have about an 8th grade education lol... :/ That's not entirely true. I have one year of community college under my belt...BAH

What a great story!!! I'm not sure I would be tempting the universe to bring it on lol... Do you always have to interact with some kind of being to figure out why you are there, or do you just know? Do you think there are training grounds for people?

Omg what a trip that you would say something about the crown. I have felt this a few times! Also the feeling like I'm getting larger or that I'm being electrocuted. Very strange.

Thanks for the link.  Your an amazing writer. I am also reading your book at the moment. I seem to still have a big problem with fear. I can Ap when I don't try. I can also do it when I'm trying, the problem is I become scared very quick, because when I try I feel very strange. Like I'm a cloud or something. It's hard to explain. It's like I have no substance. I also heard someone say come on Carrie, like they were standing right next to me. That's never happend to me before and I freaked. My hands also sweat uncontrollably when  doing this. So all the strange things that happen, plus the strange feelings make me want to stop. But for some reason I have this urge to get over my fear and keep trying. Lol I know crazy!
