@planeride: I wonder why you can see the room around you in this state. When iam in SP evenythink is black, theres nothing to see.
hmmm.

I agree: its easy to AP in the morning after 7 houres of sleep, but its not the best time for it. yes; its the EASIEST time, but not the BEST. After LONG sleep time, the consciousness is still dreamy and not grounded. This results in less quality AP. You get the best AP quality, after only SHORT sleep times.

Am I going crazy?
Seriously,  am I loosing my mind. Or is this truley attainable?
I've been having SP for years now, and am finally embrassing it.
I feel so close, yet my astral body just won't pop out for some reason.
I feel I have finally saw the light, and the true meaning of our existing onthis planet,
And that this is a real thing, yet a huge part of me is saying I'm nuts, and ill never get out.
Any advice/tips/help or comments would be much appreciated.

can you explain what do you feel in the SP?

hi seán7781,
iam nearly sure that you have experienced the typical "vibrations". You can read about it in many books or in the internet.
I know this feeling/state very well. Iam not the opinion that you moving in this state! The point is: you are NOT moving. In every experiece i have with this, the vibrations and sounds disappear when you leave from the position of your physical body. For example: i lift my arms, and the vibrations immediately disappear in my arms, but rest of my body is still "vibrate". When i stand up and go, the vibrations leave completly. Funny is the next: when you grab from outside in your physical body again, some kind of strange vibrations starts. They are,..hmm. some kind of very disgusting. but thats another topic ^^

I was 100% projecting, I flew so high that I saw the curvature of the earth. And I open my physical eyes, and I see the physical world in my room. I close my eyes again and I still see the astral. I blink and it goes back and forth. I even had one eye open and saw both. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Super Vegito,
i know this. I had many many experiences like this. Exactly like this! First, i think it was more like a lucid dream.
But thats not the point. I think whenever this happens, you make a mistake: You used the physical method to open your eyes. Thats a simple routine, but in the non physical you cannot "open" anythink like eyes. The method to focus and to "see" is a different one. Change your fokus, let it go and try to see without "eyes".

QuoteIf we are fearful of the experience or panic our body releases adrenaline which stimulates the heart, pumping blood around the body causing violent and overwhelming vibrational buzzing.

Thats not my experience. Iam very calm in SP, the vibrations dont react to panic or fear, they get only stronger when i begin to move in SP (!)
