I've been trying to see my auras as well as other people's.

I tried it, I was almost there, but when it got scary I stoped.
When I wanted to do it again, I wasn't able to.

Do you know better methods?
What went wrong?
Now I'm not scared anymore, though I still can't get it right.

I'm kidvisions, you can call me "Hitomy" too (Visions in japanese: which is my real name in arabic)
I have read about astral prejection in Paulo Coelho's book Veronika Decides to die, and I was curious about it.
Since I'm still looking for a spiritual path to follow. I do not know much about the issue, but I would like to learn.
