I have recently read the NEW techniques but I am a bit confused.

I want to know if I should do the whole body first or only the leg work. For how many days should I continue with a certain part if I find that it is not getting activated . For example my left leg does not seem to get activated. So should i just leave it alone and go on to the hands part. Also the activation of hip part seems difficult to me. Any help would be useful.

Hey Rastus ,

do u really mean , that we could do all the things that you have listed using this NEW. things like stop the dog barking, writing name in air. sounds very ummm, miraculous.

I am new to NEW and have started working on my leg and foot. hope i can do it right.
