Is it common for one to experience headaches after practicing telekinesis?

Thanks for replying. So basically you are saying that I may be experiencing headaches due my energy fields not being clear? I'm not really sure I understand that. Is that how you mean it? I've never tried energy development, but it looks interesting.  Is that how most people move objects, by starting with energy development?

I've moved a large object once without meaning to use my mind, I really meant to stand up and move the object but I never stood up and so it moved to the exact point I would have placed it. For some reason I choose not to develop it at that time, and I continued to develop other things like lucid dreaming, telepathy, or trying to predict future events.

So I've been practicing with the psi-wheel with moderate success, I don't find it very exciting though and I find that I can only do this for half an hour to an hour before I end up with a headache that lasts for hours. I wonder if I'm doing it wrong.

I also wonder how much success I might have if I only do the psi-wheel, are people able to move from the psi-wheel onto larger objects with more friction involved? I've not really heard anyone say so. I mean if I want to move a chair, shouldn't I practice with a chair?
