Ive noticed certain people are pushing the edgar cayce ideas (the significance of 2500 for example). Its a massive problem in this field because cayce and his followers (buvaad,hancock etc...) this is a big problem in that it has swamped any truth in the field with these idiots chasing cayces rubbish predictions. non existant messages from mars and fake significant dates etc..
its good for distraction and NOTHING else.

That sounds great, I  think contacting my guide is my number one priority. When your astral, do you literally call for your guide?

Hey guys,

I am quite new to astral projection, but have been interested for years. after some outstanding epieriences with third eye exercises, the whole thing fascinates me, and seems like an important progression in my life.

However, I would like to be very careful, I am aware of forces out there, and also aware of my complete lack of experience. So I would like to know how to contact my spirit guide, and also some protective techniques.
