Hi I am from Australia a housewife and mother of 2 teenage boys and a goatowner hense the name.
I have never astral travelled although I do quite often have lucid dreams very mild I don't fly etc I am just aware that I am dreaming and can choose to go back to sleep and continue the dream. I have however meditated regularly since I was 12 some 28 years now and can enter a deep trance very easily. Sometimes when I am meditating I feel as though the top half of my body is rolling forward even though I know my body has not moved. I think this is the start of "rolling out of my body" but I just can't seem to get past the head and shoulders before I come back. Can anyone help are there any exercises or techniques that may help me past this point that I seem to be stuck at. (This has been occuring for some time.)
