maybe I am focusing too much on my arms/hands....

last night I had to stop because the vibes in my arms/hands were so violent it was painful and discomforting

[Now, am I supposed to achieve the very intense vibes engulfing my whole body, and then letting them fade away?...before I try to move my ethereal arms or use exit techniques?]

I have been practicing every night for a week now. I have noticed vibe progression every time.
Last night, using Boxed Nirvana II, I was able achieve vibes in the picture.
Previously, I had never felt vibes in my face, I had never felt the very extreme vibes, and I had never felt like my heart was made of lead.
I was taking full capacity breaths, and it seemed like this was helping to intensify the vibes.


Now, am I supposed to achieve the very intense vibes engulfing my whole body, and then letting them fade away?
...before I try to move my ethereal arms or use exit techniques?
