I just wanted to say this technique works wonders
for me. Although ive only had one OBE. The technique seems
to speed up the entry into the trance state dramatically.
The first time i tried it.....with every smoke ring that came
up from my feet the vibrations got more intense.
For those of you that have read Astral Dynamics,
Have you tried this technique? Has it worked for you
as it as for me?

Yes....i do believe Robert Bruce mentions this a bit in Astral Dynamics.
I want to get one ASAP.

Considering the fact that your working on something that you will use for the rest of your
life...10 years dosent seem so bad ....Ive been doing it on and off for about 3 or 4 years
and ive only had one....but i now believe it was a lucid dream. I get the vibrations now and my heart
races and i feel like its not gonna work because im over excited....but thats a topic for
another thread. Thanks for the reply!

How Long did it take until you had your first OBE? And how
long have you been projecting?

Im guessing it was a dream....only because of the elephant and what not....although maby the projection faded into a LD. Either way sounds like a cool experience.Nice post.

Im new to the site (obviously) ive been trying OBE's off and on for about a year and a half now. Im 20 years old. Ive had one OBE/Lucid Dream where i honestly couldnt tell which one it was...but it was amazing. Ive read robert bruces books... 90 days to Astral Projection and Astral Dynamics (which im reading again to keep it fresh in my mind....intent is so powerful).Just want to say this looks like an awesome site....im glad i found a community dedicated to all subjects im intrested in...and not JUST Obe's. Looking forward to posting.

Seems like this was really only a dream.

After 7 months of trying without any success, i official give up.
Its just too frustrating...still gonna visit this board sometimes.
