does anyone have any techniques or methods of using aerokinesis?i want to expand my knowledge so put anything!

ive tried like three different methods but the first one didnt work at all and with the others i always feel heavy and fall back into the physical body.

hi bozuken i was reading the home page of your site and it says that pls are lies and i just wanted to say that pls are not lies (however i do think that dbzing power levels and such is an embarassment to the ki community) my way of giving a pl is to either look at the distance the persons aura goes (and im with the skeptics too i may be very wrong that distance and potency of the aura can me measured)or by feeling a persons strength and evaluating the potency of the strength i felt by making it a number. like i said i could be totally wrong but i just wanted to post that....

isnt the astral body versatile enough to go into all the planes?
