All of the chi practitioners here must be knowing the concept of Yin and Yang.

If no, then here's in brief.

Yin and Yang represent all opposite forces present in the Universe. Yin occupies properties of femaleness, darkness, cold, moon etc whereas Yang occupies properties of maleness, light, heat, sun etc. Both opposites can destry each other whereas an opposite gives birth to it's subsidiary (This process is cyclic and constant).

Now I think that Matter and Antimatter can be grouped as Yin-Yang. The question is which takes the position of Yin and which takes the position of Yang?

In yoga there is a cure. There is an Aasaon which is called 'Mayur Aasan'. This Aasan is very difficult to do, but if done correctly it can completely cure off diabetes.

If there is a cure for it using energy, please do post how to do it.

Insight can you or anybody else tell me the approximate time left for the completion of the academy of Veritas and how much time will it take to get fully online?

Does Veritas have a specific place (I mean an office or a training centre), where person to person training is given?

I've just been thinking over on Ki and Psi. We all kno that they are similar in one thing i.e. they are Energy. Now psi is created by nerves firing. Science states that at the location of chakra's there are huge custers of nerves. Now we take out Ki from our Sub-Navel chakra, but scientifically there are no chakra's but clusters of nerves and the energy given by them is psi. So when we take out Ki we are actually using psi. Therefore it can be said that Ki and psi are the same.

So do you think Ki and Psi are the same?

On Thurday night I went to bed at about 1 am. I had read in NEW Energy Ways that sometimes if we do energy raising and fall asleep the process is taken over by the sub-concious and thus it sometimes aids in superfast healing. But instead of Energy raising(I have not reached that part in NEW) I decided to produce vibrations in my forehead. Though I have not reached the part of Energy Raising in NEW but I know it's method. Whenever I try energy raising and focus energy going to my brow chakra I feel immediate vibrations in my forehead. I think that is due to stimulation of my Brow Chakra. I only used this as a trigger for vibrations and after that I concentrated on the vibrations to make them stronger. Doing this I fell asleep.

When I woke up and my conciousness came back and when I took a breathe in at a particular volume intake I felt a thundering heavy electric bolt in the left of my chest. It was so intense and painful that I was not able to breathe in anymore and exhaled. During exhaling the effect of the electric bolt dimmed. Then again when I inhaled, at the very same volume intake I again felt that thunderous painful bolt. Again I was not able to inhale more due to the pain and exhaled. This happened the third time also, but the fourth time it did not happen no matter how much air I inhaled.

From many years about once in a month I felt small electric bolts in the counts of 4-5 at an instant, that were very weak and tolerable, in the middle of my chest. They happened any time of the day but rarely and were not controllable. But they have not happened since a year. This time it was very powerful and painful and it happened at the left side of my chest. It also only happened at an exact particular volume intake, not more nor less.

If I concentrate on the position of the chest where it happened, I can still feel it's intensity and it's trace.

Can anyone tell me what caused such a thing?

Is it related to chara or Kundalini?

Will it hinder the spiritual growth or help in it?

Please Help me...

From Sunday onwards I have had deprivation in sleep as I had to study late night and get up early in the morning due to my exams.

Yesterday afternoon, I was reading about Telepathy and other stuff on the Computer for 2 hours and I was really tired. It was almost time for me to go for my classes so I thought of taking a 10-15 mins nap. I lay down on my bed and saw the clock was showing 2:10 pm. I thought while resting I can try linking my brain to another person for telepathy(I don't know anything about linking and I have never tried it). But there was no in the room. I was so tired that I don't know why but I just visulised that a beam from my mind(As done in Telepathy) was linking with empty space near the room's door. The Reason my mind did it, I Don't Know.

After that I went into dreams. The first picture that I saw was that I was lying in exactly the same position and I saw the room very clearly as if I was actually seeing it and I also saw the clock showing 2:20pm. I did not realise that it was a dream as it was so clear and I was lying in the same position. Thus I thought that I had got late. Suddenly I woke up and saw that the clock showed exactly the same time!!!

I thought this might be related to telepathy or something. But afterwards I realised that it might be an astral projection or OBE!!! Before this I had never read about how to do an astral projection or OBE and I had never tried it.

Was this really an astral projection? or was it telepathy or something related to it or just coincidence.

If this was an AP, then what caused it? Was it the unintentional linking or just lack of sleep?

I started Ki traing about 3 months ago and I have done none since two months. Day before yesterday I started doing meditation and NEW from 6am to 7am.

I would like to know what is your training schedule and what do your train in?

Today after a gap of 3 months I sat down to do meditation and energy gathering. 3 months back I did Grounding for 2 weeks.

This time I visualised to take in energy from air. In intake of breathe I took in energy and kept it in the my nose. Then at outtake I oved my energy to sub-navel chakra. After sometime I tried to do an experiment. Now at outtake I moved my energy to my Brow-Chakra instead of Sub-Navel Chakra. Immediately I felt some vibrations(Atleast they seemed to me as vibrations). It seemed as if there was a heart thumping at 100 times the normal speed. They were not painful. After leaving meditation my head still felt thos vibes and felt heavy, but now it as almost vanished. Were these really vibrations? I felt them mostly on the skull between the brows and a little on the tip of my nose and a little inside the brain.

If yes, then what caused these vibrations and where were they caused? Was it related to the brow-chakra or was it that I had collected too much energy in the tip of my nose? because that was the position where I kept my energy after intake and then moved it to the chakra at outtake.

What could be the harms of such a thing?

Can it also be useful?

I have reached till MBA.

When we make body awareness for a particular part and start an action like sponging, so do we have to actually feel a sponge rubbing over our skin or do we have to feel it in our mind just as in a visualisation?

Everyone in these forum discussions, says that such and such technique is not possible. Some say DBZ techniques are crap and I neither oppose them, because those techniques have never been done by any people, so the possibility decreases.

Now everybody gives a rational explanation of how a technique can be done, the technique beign such which has been successful with someone like telekinesis.

I believe that this reality is a dream and thus everything is possible.

So can someone explain why can't a DBZ technique or any other impossible seeming techique be done?

I'm 16 and my height is not much. I always wished to stand tall. I have read about Biokinesis, but that is a very advanced technique. Are there any other techniques by which I can increase my height?

There are many a times when I keep something somewhere or I just know the position of an object. Then if when go away from the room to do some other work unintentionally and I come back to the room I find that the object has shifted(Not 1cm or so but more than one foot, sometimes even at the other corner of the room), even when no person entered the room after I left. Sometimes I thing I might be mistaken about it's previous position, but sometimes I am positive that it has moved.

I think it might have been done by a spirit or some other astral identity (My House is HAUNTED!!![:O]). Neither any member of my family has noticed this with themselves nor have they seen anything moving in the air after I leave the room.

But lately I have had a hunch that it might be related to my inner powers. It might be that the door to telekinesis has opened very widely in my mind, but I have not realised it. Because I am not using that open door, so sometimes it gets so unstable and uncontrollable that it does such mysterious things.

Well this has been happening with me for many years. It is not regular but suddenly happens. Lately it has decreased. I am in fear that I might not loose the opportunity of such an opened door.

Can anybody tell me the cause of such happening?

Could it be that really a door has opened?

Well I was practicing Martial Arts. Infact I started practicing after a long break. I did all types of kicks and punches 10 times. When I did a flying kick with my right leg for the 4th time, I suddenly had a pain in my stomach, just like when we are playing football and we are exhausted, then our stomach starts twitching and we have stomach ache.

Now the stomach ache ended soon, but even after three days, whenever I contract my stomach muscles, I feel pain in the left and right side of my abdomen. It feels as someone just punched you over there. Can it be a Burnout???

Well as per I have heard there is a saying in the Muslims that one day 'KAYAMAT' will come. 'KAYAMAT' is an Urdu word which normally means 'Total Destruction', but the other symbol of the word i.e. the reason for which the word was originated was to signify as what is stated in the Bible as 'The End of World'. The myths specify that when Kayamat will appear the dead will rise from their graves.[:O]

In Hindu Mythology it is necessary to burn a person's dead body to release it's spirit and force it to go to the other Dimension.[xx(] This is known as 'MUKTI' (Again a Hindi Word). If not done so then the person's spirit will either attain Mukti by itself or wander around on Earth.

I even got my hands on some Naustradamus Predictions and coincidently one of them also pointed to such incident. I have lost the script but I still remeber that it said something related to Fire from heaven and something like that. Maybe it might be pointing to Nibiru Planet!!! I will post that Prediction as soon as I find it. What's more I think it specified a year before 2012.

Wormholes are communication channels between two points in any space time realm, so it can be between two dimensions(ie Universes) or it might be unidimensional. Thus it's the same thing that I said, just that I gave the specific method and reason why such things happen.

Yes, it's true that realising how these universes are seperated is difficult. We just say them Universes to avoid confusion. If we say that all these interconnections between the universes is given the name Hierarchy(Hmmm... neat name). Who knows if there are more than one hierarchy and how the other Hierarchies are interconnected and this will again go on and on.
