Great to hear that you are okay. I went through some similar experience although not as dramatic as yours. The energy over time will find its own equilibrium. All the best.

Based on your description, it appears that you have stucked energy arising from your practice. You should refrain from any further practice including meditation as it can lead to more problems. If you can locate a good master, he may be able to help. Do not rely on books as these are not good substitutes for a good master. Listen to your body. You should feel warm and good from a correct practice. If you know tai chi, this is the best time to practise them. Please do not do any form of deep breathing or visualization.
