Well, have you tried to ask anyone who has experience this or google some techniques to controll it.

Currently, I am working on a project that most people think I am weird, but I tend to ignore those people. The reason for that is because they probably don't know what great undiscovered mysteries are still hidden in humanity. I suspect that there are kinetic powers or ability that every human has. It is just weak and need to get stronger. Most people think that it is just super powers that the made up characters like the green lantern has but its not. Scientist say that a dog can do it. I don't know how. So if you are one of those who believes in Abilities, do not give up. There is no fact that Psychic Abilities like telekinesis, biokinesis, ect, are fake.
