Can you meet other people when you AP- such as friends or family?
Like arrange a meeting in a certain spot with someone, How do you go about this?
I'd love to hear personal experiences on this subject!
Oh and is it possible to "help" someone else out of there body once you are out? How would you do this?

Well, I have been vegetarian for about a year now...
And have never astral projected before. I've come close... But I've only been trying a few months and not consistantly

Almost every night as I'm falling asleep since I can remember(And when I meditate) I hear voices! I know that sounds crazy but it really got to me yesterday when I was trying to AP (I haven't Astral projected yet) I was laying on the couch and I told myself that I wanted to get out. And then I hear a mans voice, as if taunting me he said "So? You want to get out?" Sometimes these voices startle me but I'm so used to them now I hardly ever can understand what they are saying- but once in a while I will hear a really loud, clear voice like I did yesterday. What should I think of this? Has anyone else here have a similar experiences?

I don't think its bad, and I was very interested in seeing this topic here because projecting to area 51 has crossed my mind as well. About the whole astral guard issue....Well, that could just be silly...But who knows, Area 51 is a mystery in itself (to us)- and if the Government knows that astral projection and the psychic sense is a very real thing...How safe can they really be if something they are trying to keep secret HAS to stay secret? They definitely have been curious as to whether these things are credible or not- Look into Operation Stargate. They have preformed solid tests on people who claim to be psychic and came up with what they call unexplainable results. Which proves they're curiosity..And  possibly they're own discoveries.
