Sup people,
    Iv notice that when i push my eyes in i see theis wierd image.  Its always some wierd checkered bored of yellow and red and wierd colors.  Then theres also a lil swirly thing in the middle of my vision thats always moving.  And then i always get teh sense of falling and my vision will look like im fallin closer to the checkerd floor which seems to stretch forever.  This has nuthin to do wit AP or anythin, i just always noticed it and i was wonderin if it was like somethin to do wit the brain nerves or w/e i have no clue.  If u have any idea wat im ramblin on about tell me.

Can music hold u back from obtaining and OBE?

I read somewhere that noise can hold u to reality but music calms me down.

I have never had a full AP but when i was trying i was kind of paralyzed.  Does that have anything do to wit APing?

i just moved to the midwest from cali and not by my own choice.

   I lost 20 pounds in like a week and a couple days for football.  I just ran and ran and ate like this soup stuff that was kinda good but it was a laxadive or w/e.  And i just lost around 12 pounds recently just cuz i was workin hard and runnin.  I say just run and run and run and lift and eat good stuff and thatll help.  I don't really have the time to lose like 30 pounds in 6 months like other people.

There is supposedly a super black hole or w/e in one of our near neighboring galaxies, buts its dormant.  I think i saw that on the dicovery channel a year ago.  I'll check that out when i learn to AP.

i used to have bad acne until i went to the doctor and he prescribed a cream call benzoyle peroxide.

Theres like a 5% and a 10%, and i use the 5% one.

Benzyole peroxide is the leading thingy in all acne medicine i think.

It worked for me and i hope it will work for u if u get it.
