The Essense of course is meditation - not sitting like a monk but learn to control your thoughts and direct the Universal Energy consciously through controlled visualization.

I actually found that Binuaral Audio Technology helps greatly.  It uses sound beats to promote your brain to create its own counterwave and develops new more efficient neuropathways.  Though expenive Centerpointe has a great program.  I also think the Monroe Institute has some great CD's but a real basic one that I have used to induce the 3rd eye state, OBE,Astral Projection, whatever youw ant to call it is a cost effective CD made by www.immrama.org -

These are not necessary but they help your meditation greatly.  you wil need stereo headphones though but everyone has an ipod now days right?

I would also suggest getting the Talmud Jmmanuel book and read it.  you 'll learn the real teachings of consciousness from one of the greatest masters of all time "Jmmanuel" (jesus christ) but unrevised.

The fact we are on this site though we all realize something.  We all realize there is more to life then what we have bee originally taught.

Imagine a dolphin that has lost his sonar?  Most people have lost their PSI - the PSI has abilities that we all know here that go beyond the physical universe.  That being said we can easily understand that the Universe has other facets older then the physical especially when you realize you can create matter in the astral with your creative faculty.  It is said the matter you create in the astral will manifest into the physical.  That being said everything here on earth was first created in the astral in thought.  So if you believe that then you must know the thought energy was created by a creative faculty prior to the physical world manifestation.

Some spirit teachers (spirits) have referred to creation or god as the "Infinite Omnipresence" and said this entire universe was created by the great spirits thought.  Just as we can create a simple flower or cup in the astral with our creative faculty, the great spirit (creation/god) has created all physical matter with his/her/its/creations creative faculty.  This entire universe could be nothing more then an unimaginable thought.  It is said we must rejoin god/creation once we perfect ourselves and advance our concsiousness.  I've also heard we human beings are creation - meaning we are the expression of creation in the physical universe to learn love and as we evolve in consciousness and value/love/ etc. creation itself is also evolving. 

I think this may be what Jesus meant when he said I and the father are one.  That all of us are one in the same.

That's great but i can't help but notice that "creation" is used about 23 times in the paragraph and the initial definition of what it is doesn't seem very sound.

The universe is a finite and therefore measurable space which seems to be becoming less mysterious as the years go by. Astronomers can place a lower limit to the age of the universe by studying globular clusters. If the universe is flat and composed mostly of matter, then the age of the universe is 2/(3 Ho) where Ho is the value of the Hubble constant. If the universe has a very low density of matter, then its extrapolated age is larger: 1/Ho, This would put the age at about 12-14 billion years.

I don't know if creation is the right word for all of those definitions. It sure makes it confusing when someone asks "Do you believe in creation?"

True I agree that given the overwhelming pressure to conform to society it does sound different to say do you believe in creation.  But also very natural, obviously things are created and to referred to the creator as creation seems ok.  Given no one has ever met god face to face and we people like to idolize and create a deity more powerful then us in the likeness of man.  But we all tend to come up with our own vision and I hope yours helps you live a more fulfilling life.

Also the Universe is said to be much older then the Hubble constant which does not take into consideration the gaseos and etheric states of matter.  The oldest matter is likely that old but that's becuase it has not broken down yet.  The Universe itself is believed to be much older, closer to 96 billion years however the oldest exhisting physical matter is said to be accurate to what our scientist believe based on the testing of only exhisting pysical matter.

Picture a blackboard and raise the intensity of your mind to that of cramming for a test.  at first you feel you are not relaxing when you do this but its necessary in the beginning.  only the body needs to be relaxed - the mind only needs to be clear not totally relaxed until you can do this without the intensity.

The goal is a clear mind, picture a blackboard.  as thoughts appear wipe the board clean.  stare with conscious aggression into the blackboard of your mind as though you are waiting to pounce on a foreign thought and wipe it off the board.

First you need to know your goal, why are you pursuing this?  To rejoin the spirit of creation.

What is Creation?

Creation is the immeasurable mystery suspended in immeasurable expanse.
Creation is identical to 'Universal Consciousness', which guides and prevails in the BEING of consciousness; it is a double-helix, egg-shaped configuration that simultaneously constitutes the Universe in its growing expansion. Its pulsating double-helix arms live as spiritual energy, while rotating against each other.
The Universe is Creation's internal and external body.

Is flexing of this muscle similar to the same feeling you get at the height of a yawn?  Where you hear a vibration sound in your head etc.?

I would suggest not focusing so much on flexing the muscle but more on simply relaxing deeply.  Even say the word deep in your mind.

Also and probably more importantly you should practice this technique in the morning after about 6 hours of sleep, you will have much greater success.  And when you get your visuals do just want to project into the scene or even try to physically - simply picture yourself in the scene and you will appear there.  Projection, OBE, all of these experiences rely greatly on visualizing with your creative faculty what you want to accopmlish, not wanting or trying, only with visualization - you have no physical body or muscles at work, its the creative part of your mind/soul/brain in action so use your creative paintbrush - your visualization.
