I have had trouble sleeping for a while and have been perscribed a substitute for Ambien sleep-aid. I have noticed that when I take it and fight it for about 20 minutes or so, i become very relaxed and almost start to hallucinate. Things start to move in waves and I notice all the tension in my body and relax it better. Every time i Attempt an Astral Projection, If i maintain lucidity, I succeed or become very close. I am NOT using the drug to project, but do you think that I should continue AP'ing on a perscription drug?

You forgot purgatory.  That is the in-between.  Did you fall asleep in catechism class? I can find you a bible quote or two that directly contradict this, no brain necessary.

Hello,
I am new to this site. I was a previous long-term member of astralsociety.com but lost touch. I havent AP'd in quite a while, but have been trying compulsively lately. I lay down and focus until I am in what Robert Monroe would call Focus 10. Or a relaxed state in which i am beginning to feel vibrations, however I cannot intensify those vibrations enough to where I feel like I can Escape my physical body. Also I am too aware of my physical self and my breathing. I cannot seem to take my mind off of my physical body. Hoe can I "push it aside" and act out of my Astral Body?
