This should be interesting..[;)]

Why not ask our channelers? I don't know if the ones being channeled have better means to predict future than us but I guess it would be worth a shot; also a chance to get evidence whether these channeled beings are real or not.

I have a few questions ...

The topic of brainwave entrainment has been up also at Astral Pulse forums and I'm interested in this rather newly discovered phenomenon. So, is it beneficial for humans to use these entrainment technology and are there any dangers attached to it? Does it actually work / modify the human brain, or is the effect merely placebo? Does it serve any importance in our general development and is it possible to achieve certain abilities of the mind faster when using it? Do other beings aside humans use this technology of binaural sound and if so, could they confirm or complement the information we have found out about the technology?

I thank the ones involved in answering these questions - if they choose to do so - in advance. :)

I tried meditation for many months a year ago and it made things worse for me. It's not good for everyone. I'm currently on an SSRI and I'm feeling better than ever. Some of them work for some people, some don't. It's not very bright to call these substances 'poison'..

Before taking the SSRI I tried SJW too, gave me annoying side effects, it didn't really help. I wouldn't recommend it if one has a serious depression-like condition.

There is also the type of depression that is not about chemical imbalances in your brain, but which is more like a mood or state. Meditation and herbs probably work better in this situation, perhaps mostly as placebo. Just a hunch..

I received a complaint from www.astral-projection.org admin so I removed the file.

Best for me this far has been Ultra Meditation: http://www.mind-tek.com/ultra_meditation_system.html

I've had a few remote viewing like experiences, 'seeing' in total darkness when waking up / falling asleep, and focus 10 kind of state, when my body paralyzes but I stay awake.

Also one or two times I've felt this very strong trembling in the center of my body, it feels as if my heart is beating 1000 times per minute.. but it's something else, since when I check my pulse at the same time it's of normal frequency. Great experiences. And this is after using those 5 CDs daily for a bit over one month.

Unfortunately this OOBE.wav which this thread is about hasn't given me any effects, at least instantaneously.

Shouldn't be too hard, if you have experience in burning CDs. Simply open your favourite CD-burning tool (Nero for example) and select to make an audio CD. Then select the WAV-file for the 1st track (drag-and-drop, etc, whatever technique the software uses). Maybe you want to add something else to the disc as the file is merely 20 minutes long. Then hit Burn.

Here you go :)

My site has 0.50 GB monthly bandwidth limit so I hope that will be sufficient.

I agree, those words exist and people think about Jesus and God so they exist as imagination, but in some other form? I'm not so sure. What do you think?

Hello alt0xFF,

Thanks for your reply, I'd be interested in hearing more about your custom preset. Do you think it's efficient, and what kind of experiences have you had with it?

I see this pulsating white light quite often. First time I remember seeing it as a very young child.. but then for many years it was gone, maybe 10 or more.. This year when I have started meditating it has appeared again. Even when I just go to lie down my bed and relax & close my eyes, the light appears, when my eyes are closed. It's swirling and moving around, there are many of them too, they fill my field of vision. Sometimes lights appears when my eyes are open too - in this case they appear at the borders of my vision field (periferal vision).

Some texts on meditation that I've read suggest that these white lights are the first experiences for meditators, in future you should expect starting to see more, for example different colors of lights etc. That is, if you continue your meditative practices steadily.

I must say that I don't hold any beliefs to what this light actually is (chakra / spirit / etc). It might be just a hallucination. But I find it interesting and the last thing I would hope is for it to go away. I hope that by studying these kind of phenomenon I'm going to learn something valuable. [:)]

Has anyone tried Holosync CDs from Centerpointe? Their homepage is http://www.centerpointe.com/. They claim their stuff is more advanced than Monroe Institute's for example.

So I should work at keeping my energies evenly balanced throughout my chakras?  Hmm which is funner... bliss or sex... hard choice... Ill have to think on that.

What I've understood is that the waste of semen (in ejaculation) makes most of the energy loss and orgasm can be transformed thru right practices into something more vast and blissful than what it generally is for most people. Then again, entirely oppisite view can be seen in article at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3072021.stm

Go figure, bliss or cancer? [:D]

David Deida has some novel ideas about spiritual transformation through sexuality: http://integralnaked.org/contributor.aspx?ContributorID=6 That might be something worth checking out.

RoyHarper: I presume that you have some or plenty of knowledge / experience on this subject. Could you perhaps evaluate the sivasakti link I posted? I'm a newbie on this 'field' and I'd like to know some reliable / working sources. So do you think the information on sivasakti site is usable, truthful, nonsense, even harmful, or something else?

Hmm, resonant window frequencies. I've never heard of those, could you tell more about what they mean, possibly some sources on research? I agree that people should experiment as much as possible with different frequencies, but then again, I feel there's a lack of actual results. Or maybe I should just be patient as people slowly get to know their stuff.. [:)] Does non-direct mean you have to kind of be 'in the mood' in order for that technology to work as it's meant to be, as in, not distracted, anxious, your head full of thoughts etc?

Somewhere I read that Monroe Institute stuff cannot be listened so that there wouldn't be any effect on the brain. I guess that's direct technology then, in the way that brains cannot ignore the sounds and their effect?

Great information behind that gibbon-link, Parmenion. It made a lot of sense, especially the body changes section. Good thing I don't have to see a doctor due to these symptoms I've been having. [:D]

I'd really like to hear if anyone has actually achived anything with bwgen. What I've seen, 99 % of the talk on different forums is just about the frequencies and how some preset sounds nice. And this thread is the most horrible one of them all, merely people asking for reg.keys and cracks. [|)]

In my experience, I've sensed some flickering of skin around the 3rd eye chakra afterwards, but it's hard to say yet if it has anything to do with bwgen (I suppose meditation might trigger that too, or some subconscious telepathic communication / signal [8D]) . The best story I've heard was in the Astral Forum I think, someone began to see his/her surroundings and environment thru closed eyelids while listening to bwgen.

Fun. For me the number is 174, which somehow pops up from time to time. And guess what. After hastly reading this thread, I found a thread about some Cyber-Shaman program. I went to see the Yahoo group link. Number of the joined members was 174. :) I chose not to join, it would've broken the magic. [:P]

Probably a coincidence, imho. There's so much numbers around us these days anyway - some part of our brain gets fixated on a set of numbers, filtering out others from our consciousness.

I appreciate your answer a lot Parmenion. The answers of Karek seem quite logical, although the ethical aspects (i.e. suffering of animals) were not discussed. Also from personal experience I can tell that leaving meat out of the diet considerably makes me healthier, or so it seems. Surely there might be more aspects to this cause-and-effect that I have not yet found out. Maybe I will get my own pendulum.. :)

Mayatnik, you mentioned the term Healthy diet, which got me interested in replying. Do the Pleiadians you talk about have opinions on ethics, such as killing other beings for food? A. Einstein has said "Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet". I'm a vegan and I have pretty much the same opinion. In the east there are plenty of teachings which promote vegetarism as one of the primary leverages to raise the level of consciousness. It's basically thinking about the wellbeing and survival of others before yourself, also a way to diminish one's ego.

What I have understood from a few sources is that these higher stages of consciousness, among or thru meditation and yoga for example, are quite essential in communicating with 'aliens' and the like, 'higher beings'. Of course, I might be wrong, these are just my subtle primordial impressions on the subject. :) I will give it more thought in the future.

Edit: I suppose this should go to Parmenion.
