Hey. Yes I agree with everyone. The light in the astral is perceived differently but you may not see/experience it objectively if you have expectations. So when I shake loose from my body, I'll see a golden amber light outside that's more alive and surreal than what in the physical. Nighttime produces darkness, same as here, but It's also charged/alive/I dont know a better way of phrasing it. However these perceptions may or may not have been altered by my expectations.

Hey all. Its been a while since I've been interested in phasing/energy/meditation but recently i've met some people who've stoked my curiosity again. Its great to see this forum is still healthy and booming since I've left. Naturally I went to Frank's Resource sticky, finding a neatly organized collection of his theories and understandings. I was always totally behind what Frank said because he took it from a science-like perspective and described his experiences and theories in solid terms (most likely owing to his Electric Engineering background). I favor this to the mystical and poetic interpretations that we hear these days. Anyways, a lot of the stuff I experienced, I was able to find verified already by Frank with one of the more interesting experiences being the FZ state---the transitional stage between F2 and F3. Lots of interesting stuff happened and it was nice to read Frank's description since it was dead-on for me:
During the phasing process, people will pass through this state on their way to F3, but many people are unaware of it as they tend to flash through it so quickly. This is a shame since the FZ state is quite awesome in its own right. You can simply relax and float peacefully through the black void, just chilling out. Another thing you can do is to call forth any piece of music you care to think of and you will hear it all around you in glorious surround sound! You can also form 'astral windows' in this state, which will display any particular scene you care to think of in glorious high definition! You can use this as a jumping off point into F3 if you like: all you need to do is will yourself to step into the scene and there you go. There is likely to be plenty more to discover about the FZ state and further exploration is warranted.
I remember being sucked into the void and it had a special property that I can't quite describe. It wasn't like an OBE whatsoever, more defined and real. Anyways, I did hear music upon being pulled into the void and it was as Frank described, incredible. The most amazing music surrounded and penetrated every aspect of me. The visuals in this state were a lot more defined than in my OBEs, very clear with a wide range of vibrant colors (again going with Frank's desc, comparing a 420 standard TV to 1080p). An interesting thing I observed was that after the music died down, I was left with a constant static and chatter, similar to what one would hear on the radio if you were on a frequency close to a station's. So static, along with voices and random chatter. Peculiar but awesome. Anyways I eventually passed this state weeks later into what may have been a higher F2 (not quite F3 I believe but I'm not entirely sure?). The only reason I believe I entered F3 was because I became a point and there was no longer space: as in rooms and objects would "move" towards me rather than me towards them and I was able to construct whatever I pleased by willing it. Also the beings I met in this state always had something interesting to show me and seemed at least semi-intelligent. Anyways thats another story...
So I've decided to jump back into meditation and its almost as if I haven't lost it (almost being the key word). I couldn't project, but I was easily able to see into the RTZ from my bed through closed eyes and got to see scenery, movies, and had some remote viewing .Good stuff. I did lose ego awareness during the segments which points towards my rustiness but I'm sure that'll pass.
Anyways its great to see this forum and I hope I get to know some of you. Couldn't remember my nick for the life of me so I'm starting fresh.
