I found mine in a metaphysical store about 40 min from my house lol, you can order them online if you wanted, but it's way nice to be able to "feel" which one you like best, for example, as ironic as it sounds I picked mine after playing a ton of them, come home to find out that it's linked to the throat chakra and comunication...which is what I've been working with the most :)

I just got myself a Crystal singing bowl and wondered if anyone had any expereince with them that they could share. I love the bowls and bought one to enhance my meditations and work with my healing.

i ABSOLUTELY love them and wanted to know if anyone had any stories, meditations, or healing practices you use them for?

Good for you! follow your heart and let it guid you. You may need spacific guidence from that deitity. I personally don't follow any religion either, nor do I pray, but when I find myself being drawn to a spacific thing, whether it be a deitity, object, number, etc... I research it well and find it's something I needed to learn, feel, experience, or know more about to aid me on my path and journey.

I do not beleive in coincidence, therefor what crosses your path often, is definatly meant to be known...

So I would seek it out! :)

All of these listed are a very spacific topic in and of themselves but because you have posted them all together, here's at least what I have to say about them all.

None of these idea's have been proven...yet

Not to say at all the they aren't true, I follow a simply truth, what you beleive to true...for you and only you. You have the idea and with your idea you can blossom it into whatever you truely beleive with only your heart to guid you.

Religion for example is based truely on faith, and so it reirncarnation, past lives, and your own spiritual evolution. It is soley up to you to decide what is true or not based on you life experiences, heart, and mind or self.

One should never let another decide who is right, for in the end we all may be right anyway. There is a story that I've heard which illistrates this:

A man dies and is sent up to heaven, when he gets there he is greeted by the God he believed in and they begin to take a walk, as they walk his God asks him which beleifs he follows and would like to choose in heaven. As they walk down a hall of doors, God would open each one and show him the beleifs of that spacific door, letting him choose which one he wished to belong to.

This is a lot like life is to me at least, no matter how you view things, if you believe it's true, it will be to you.

because everything you are is a gift, you definatly should see your sensitivity as a gift. I would never try to get rid of such a precious thing, but maybe you could "fine tune" it a bit. play with it often and get used to what feelings happen when and exactly how they feel. Allow yourself to simply be you without changing anything. Over time you may find you can call on your feelings when you want to and block off feelings when you would rather not feel overloaded by them. Empathy is a powerful tool, the more you know about it and yourself, the more comfortable you'll be and in doing so, connecting to your higherself will be without difficulty, for you may find yourself already in touch with it without trying to be.

Progress yourself and your higherself will follow.

Often times I end up in an odd possition, but I find my favorite is either with my back laying down, but with my legs bent, to keep me from falling asleep. No matter how I decide to sit or lay, I usually make sure my body is mirrored from right side to left side, to help with balance.

emapthy is a wonderful experience. To relate to others on a deep level requires understanding. I used to struggle with this for a long while, until I actually practiced the skill of empathy. It is not something I would recommend untill you are comfortable and able to control yourself on a very deep level for it can easily get out of control.

You may want to start to simply question others. Say for example a person walks by you with an angry look on their face and bumps into you. your imediate reaction would be to be upset and mad at this person. But instead to doing so, calm down and wonder why they would be like that. Maybe they just had an argument with someone, or someone hurt them and they don't know how to chanel their emotions. To Awknowledge that people are just as you are, wonder why you might do such a thing, what would cause a reaction like that from yourself. You will be able to connect with others easier and be able to expereice empathy for others when you can simply understand them and why they may be the way they are.

I beleive you absolutly can. The way I do this is simple, I carry around the object I wish to "imprint" as I call it, for however long usually feels right. While I carry the object I focus continualy and often times, unconsciously about what I wish to imprint, such as physical energy, a feeling of love, or a safety type of feeling and once I have acheived the desired amount of time, I leave it alone untill I wish to use it's imprint that I layed in it.

Every object carries a persons imprint. Whether it's a chair, a necklas, or even an outfit. This is why often times you will want to carry new things around you when you receive them to carry your spacific imprint instead of the pasts. This can be very helpful if you are prone to empathy, for you won't have to worry about a past experience in an object effecting your life in anyway other than helpful, or how you would like it to.

The only thing you need to do so is your mind, knowing you can, and allowing your energy to flow!

Be aware though if you focus a lot in one day on the object you may find that whatever you are flowing into the object may be less in you. for example, if you wish to flow understanding into an object and focus so hard on it all day, by the end of the day you may find yourself less understanding than usual, due to the transfer of energy, so simply watch yourself and make sure you don't over due it :) or at least allow yourself to replenish from time to time with a meditation or breathing exercise.you are only limited by your own limits, expand such and you will progress

Thanks so much for your input! :) I love to interpret my own dreams and do on a daily basis, so I beleive you may be very right about my higher self trying to teach me something.

Talking to the characters is something I haven't tryed yet! That could be interesting, and will definatly give it a try.

Welcome to Dreams! / half lucid???

Ok, so I've had many lucid dreams and I completely love them, but has anyone else had a half lucid dream? I mean like a dream where you truely know your dreaming, yet still aren't able to control the dream?

It's the strangest experience because you sit in your dream while a cop is chasing you for example and you just sit there saying to yourself, "oh I'm just dreaming, I think I'll fly away and sit on the beach or something." Yet when you try you can't, and you'll get arrested in your dream.

It freaks me out sometimes because I feel as though I'm in between something somehow and I can't break it. Like my body is asleep and I know it is, sometimes I even will see myself sleeping, yet I can't shake the dream and mold my own.... :?

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this, or if someone has an idea of why this would happen and how to overcome it?
