yesterday i had an obe and i couldnt get out of it. See my mind was thinking about evil, aliens, and murders. so when i had my obe i saw demons and stuff like that so i had to think of good stuff. it took me a while. but when i got to the good part of the dream i woke up. I was so mad.

to give energy you put your hand on the person/animals waist where the hold the energy and picture the energy you have coming up from your waist to your hand and use your power of visualization by visulizing your energy going through your hand and to their skin into their waist. until you have the ammount of energy you desire into their body. If the animal or person is a guy put your hand in the front of their waist. If its a girl put it on the back of their waist.
     To draw energy from a person repeat what you do on giving energy,but instead of visulizing giving energy vizualize taking it and it coming to your hand and going to your body.
