It's quite normal. The ringing is just the everyday ringing you might hear randomly. When I was younger I used to get that ringing a lot, not it's less frequent.

When I first started to awaken my third eye, that's the feeling I got. Even if you're not trying to, it's possible a concentration of energy is in your chakra and needs to be recirculated, a block. This is just speculation though since my knowledge of chakras is limited.

Your first statement was rediculous. Ever mind has the samer potential as another, to a certain extent. It's possible for anyone to develop electrotelekenetic abilities. I've met people who've done it, I myself increased my natural ability.

I've heard of a martial art built on lentation. Although in my experience lentating comes with the arts I practice. With time and experience, a person may discover how to harness this useful ability on their own.

Ki DOES NOT turn into jing..

For one, the word "ki" is translated in a different language so the energies cannot corrispond. What can turn into jing, is ch'i. The difference between ki and ch'i is ki is an all encompacing energy internal power, life, will. While ch'i is nothing but life energy and cannot be utilized to inflict damage.
