Is it normal or can you identify this sound. I was in the Monroe state of focus 10, but not using the gateway tapes. I was relaxing and trying the rope method of projection when I heard a loud noise. At first I thought that the air conditioner was just clicking on but it was different. It lasted for about 1 or 2 minutes and it was medium pitched and very steady, no waves or pitch changes. The closest thing I can describe it as is, if you have ever listened to the first gateway tapes it is very similar to the sounds you can hear in the background but very solid and no distortions. Like a buzzing without the wavy pitch quality.

Hi, I've been working on lucid dreams for a while now but as soon as I become lucid the dream seems to fade out. Any tips to keep it going and control it?

Does anyone know if it is possible to have an astral party? By which I mean having a bunch of projectors project to the same place at the same time and meet. Would you be able to talk in any way to each other? What kind of place could you meet at?

Hello, I am new to the world of astral projection and OBEs and very interested in doing it myself. I am reading the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, but would like to know if anyone has tried the Gateway experience Hemi-Sync tapes by the Monroe Institute? If so would you recommend them to a beginner working to achieve an out of body experience? Are there any other methods or products that may help to have an OBE? Thank You []

From what I know the NovaDreamer is used as an aid to achieve a lucid dream. It has sensors that look for your REM (rapid eye movement), which is a sign that you are dreaming. This occurs about every 90 minutes during your sleep cycle. When it detects REM then it flashes a bunch of lights that you may see in your dream and then realize that you are dreaming. A lucid dream is in my opinion better than the state of focus 10 because you are dreaming too. But I guess if you stopped the dream you would be in the right state. All focus 10 is mind awake/ body asleep. You could try to convert your LD into an OBE though.

The journal way has really worked for me. I went from remembering nothing 2 months ago to having multiple dreams every night! Also make statements in your head as you go to sleep that you will remember your dreams! It seems silly but it really does work.

Hey, i love the idea. Seems that you could make a simple place and see how it works for a while and if it needs something add it later. I like the island pyramid. He could add the astral pulse logo over the dock. Lets put this idea into action!
