I'm wondering if someone else has had a similar experience.

During the last couple of months I have had a few experiences upon waking when I see spiders that disappear as soon as I am fully awake.

Once when waking up during an afternoon nap I saw one that was making its way down from the roof via a long thread of web towards me, I screamed threw the blanket over it and jumped out of the bed. I then pulled the blanket back to look at it but it was no longer there. I then thought I must have been dreaming however it seemed so real.

Since this similar things have happened, about 4 or 5 times, I've seen one crawling in mid-air, another trying to hide and another crawling on the wall.

It may be your browser, this has happened to me too. Try logging in from another computer and you might find that it works.

It felt like I could take and hold my arms out to the side, lie back and float.  Meady it is also electromagnetic in nature as the fields rose during this time.

That is EXACTLY it.... I bet if I had my EMF meter right next to me at the time it would have been going off.... not surprisingly, there was an electrical thunderstorm occuring that afternoon/evening, so I knew that there was a good chance that something would happen.

I figured that I may as well know one, just in case it came in handy one day, but I seem to only recite it in my dreams when I come across something "evil".

I have seen this work and experimented upon myself. Unfortunately the warts did not come off. The moles did just peel off. I guess the warts were not caused by spirit attachements.

Hi Nita, also try clear nail polish. Keep them covered with it at all times (replace after a shower/bath) and eventually it will starve them of oxygen.

Thank you for your thoughts. I agree with you. My perception of ghosts or spirits has changed somewhat over the past few months.

I try to think of it as if it was me who is in the situation. If for whatever reason I could not move onto where I should be, I would hope that someone would extend some help to me if they could.

I will definitely be going back, and will try to communicate if possible. I don't know what I could possibly do but will try whatever I can!

There is also another part of this same property which has a negative feeling - I feel that it is someone else who is just generally cranky but does not mean harm.

Thank you for your reply. It is interesting that you too have this feeling in dreams too!

If I hadn't actually had this feeling in real life I would not have thought much of it at all about it happening in a dream. However it was exactly the same, and you're right, it's very overwhelming both whilst dreaming, and in real life too!

I know it is not a result of being scared, or in fear. I was totally at ease in this room before, during and after "it" visited. It's a totally unmistakable feeling.

Oh I forgot to say that every hair on my head stood on end, this feeling too was also like it was moving in waves -- like someone was holding a magnet over me and my hair was moving towards it.

I would just like to get some opinions on a strange feeling I experienced recently.

I was in a reputedly very haunted location, where I have been many times with a few experiences but nothing like this...

I heard banging on the walls of the room, and then heard walking towards me. I could also feel it coming towards me, and then standing right next to me. When it was next to me I then had a strange feeling come over me which I have only felt a few times in my life.

Here is the feeling I have, its VERY hard to describe:

> A sort of paralysing feeling
> A sort of tingling all over my body which felt as if it came in waves, most prominent on my face (eg nose or lips), I think this is because it was really the only part of me that was uncovered.

This feeling got stronger the closer the noises were, and then I felt something physically touch my forehead.

Each time I have not felt threatened or uncomfortable, just this strange feeling which suddenly leaves when the spirit did. I could feel that I was alone when it ended.

What is it? Is it just a normal side effect of encountering a spirit?

Interestingly I have also felt this feeling in dreams, in which I am visiting "haunted locations" and when I feel it, usually start to recite the lords prayer. I am not religious however learnt this when I was young. I thought I should know at least one prayer should I need it... lol

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, its very hard to put into words.

What do you mean by "pulling together"? Do you mean the multiple orbs?

There is a cream that you can get from chemists (over the counter) called Benzac AC. It's pretty good but don't use too much, it's very strong.

It comes in 2.5%, 5% and 10%. I would start on 5% - don't use 10% it's too much.

Could you please tell us what kind of camera you used to take these pictures (eg make and model). Have you ever looked into the history of your house?

It's really hard to determine whether or not some orbs are actual spirit orbs or airborne dust. Any orbs that are partially behind something (eg stairs or a wall) are usually the best to get.

I'm part of a paranormal research group, and there is no "fast" way, well not in my experience anyway. It involves a lot of patience. Have a look for a similar group in your area.

I'm glad to say that I have not had any bad experiences, scary maybe, but not bad.

If you decide to use the ouija board, make sure you do it with people who are experienced and know how to deal with anything that arises.

The orbs I saw were about the size of a golf ball and through the infra-red looked like white lights... they didn't really change shape or colour just moved around, they were not visible to the naked eye.

The time was about 2am, there was a limited light source in the room at the time (a small battery powered bulb) which gave us enough light to see by, but was kept out of the vision of the camera (in a corner of the room).

kevin777, in answer to your question I saw the orbs of light at a disused gaol using an infra red camera. They were probably about the size of a golf ball and moved around a cell and out into the corridor.




starjasmine88, we're talking actually seeing moving orbs, not orbs captured on still digital or film. In the photo you've posted the image is quite obviously caused by light glare, which is not unusual when taking photos directly at the sun!

I find orbs facinating and have seen them captured on video. I have not seen an orb with my eyes (I have seen a orb-like thing which I think was ectoplasm) but I have seen them in real time using an infra-red video camera.

Could you please describe how big the orbs were that you have seen?

I definitely believe that some orbs are spirits (or their energy)... also some of them seem to appear to have faces in them...

Whereas I do believe that some orbs are dust, I've tried throwing dust in front of my camera and didn't get any orbs...

Once in my unit a white solid type cloud (which I suppose you could call ectoplasm) appeared right in front of me (sounds wierd I know but it happened!!) I ran to get my camera and took a few photos -- in the first couple there were 3 orbs in different positions in each photo, then in the last few they disapeared.

I've taken many photos in my unit, it's very dusty - but I have never had any orbs appear. If I hadn't have seen the solid white cloud I would have dismissed the orbs as possible dust, but I feel that they were spirits visiting me.

If someone has a curse on them, but they don't know it, will they still experience the negative experiences?

Kind of like.... if a tree falls in the forest but no one hears it... yada yada...
