With the Knowledge of Chi from Tarconiss posts and my knowledge of How to Make a Double Terminated Working Wand for Chi...I think we just re invented the Crystal Wand for Magi work and magic spells..LOL

Making the wand is easy...finding the working crystals takes some work becasue they have to have your frequency...your feeling of you.


Testing....and finding them is tricky unless you live in Palm City where A fiend of mine goes to south America twice a year....

Everyone has a Guardian Angel...a deity that watches over us....even if your not aware of it.....just seems to be in the over all program of Life....call it " Laws of Attraction"....what kepts the chaois in some form of sanity......and since we all know that we have these Chakras within our body structure.....we have a very big adavantage since they are the Door Bells and answering service of our being....
the reson we are here....and the microsoft windows of our various sensitive zones.

I happen to be blessed with a very Awesome Guardian ...who has taken up residence in my " Temple"....my Body.....my Heart...and my ways of how I do what.....when...and where....and lends credence to my various
creativities......talents.....and projects....since I always have at least 6  "irons" in the fire of Life which makes us what we are..in how we do it......and the end result.

Finding this Guardian is a little tricky........reason being....you have to open up your Gates ... Doorways and  Pathways  to your inner being....your heart.....spirit....and mind.......and since your inner
" Soul" is the driver of this vehicle.....your body.....some precaution has to be set in place to get the " Real Guardian " and not a Noxious Spirit within you.

Yes.......Noxious Spirits..because there are Noxious Ley Lines....and Noxious Vortexes......and Noxious pitfalls of thoughts....which are the "Tender Vitels" of these critters that we shy away from....since our thoughts are their Bread and Butter of being here.

Before I even say how I found my Guardian.....I want some discussion first on this subject to see if we have those astute individuals that know what I am even talking about......LOL....no insult or besmerk or
prejudice intended..just a "little gun" shy.....since this subject is very close to my " Heart"......LOL

Most of my time travel has always been in this state...falling asleep while in this state of conscious....since I can fall alseep in mid sentence if sharing the driving on a long 12 hour trip and it is my turn to restzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzsnore...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....LOL

My darling wife even brags about this to her friends and is very envious since she is a structured sleeper.....if you know what I mean.

THe neatst thing is that my x wife who died .....comes to vist me in this state.....sounds a little Kinky??  not really...because I allow my body to be manifested by my gaurdian diety " Regina"

So what is good for the Guardian Diety is fine with me since she was the Mother of 3 of the greatest girls and all Suma release Laude..full scholarships

The best advice I say is....eat a ton of Soy Lecithin Granules each day.......it will clean out the Dust Bunnies in your Neuro receptors and Brain allowing each half  the right side and the left side to do what we call a " Hand Shake"

The left side knows the address...telphone number.....size..number of rooms.......and all the nitty gritty stuff.

The right side knows all the colors....hues.... and pictures and Landscaping ......etc..etc..etc....LOL but not the address..telphone number etc  etc etc...

When they do a hand shake.....Well Gollieeee Miss Hollieeeeee...where did you come from......like strangers meeting for the first time..LOL

Once you can have them do a hand shake anytime or All The Time the fun really begins.......especially if you ate a ton of Soy Lecithin Granules for the past decade....and you know your 162 I.Q. is even getting better.

After doing Mind Awake and Body Asleep for the past 20 years...I can almost click into it with 5  ===4 ===3 Relax..relax relax  2=== 1

By saying this 3 or 5 times.....I am in my altered state and when you have Root Cannel work....you are trapped in that dental chair for up to 6 hours if tyhat tooth is calcifies and no getting up or closing your mouth at any time...If Mother Nature calls.....you simply tell Ground control..your body...to realx..relax relax and Kool it..LOL

I had 5 root cannels done over a 6 moth period and my Dentist is still amazed to this day that I can do this....snore.....and when I wake up...tell them what they said.....almost word for word!!!!

The longest time was 6 1/2 hours and they went out for lunch and left me there......and I knew it......maybe they didn't get the heat when I woke up...LOL

Very interested if anyone uses this method because you sometimes float out of your body ....and hover......a few inches off the dental chair.....

The amazing thing is that it takes a very difficult situation and turns it into a tolerable delema....since you have dry mouth of the severest......and if conscious....a locked jaw if not relaxed.

As strange as it might seem....this is how I discovered I was having OBE's and not knowing what was happening back 20 years ago and I was at the point of thinking I was loosing it....my distinction between reality and halucinations. What would happen is that I was so deep in thought and since I have ringing in my ears that I was fully able to drive but in another state of consciousness....some where between day dreaming and deep thoughts and would find my self 30 minutes further than the place I should have been......and not knowing where I was are how I got there in a subconscious state of sorts while thinking very deeply and visually about something.When I came out of it....I was in utter shock.....like...Oh my God.....I have been kidnapped by aliens..?? Look at my watch and know I was driving for at least 30 minutes sub consciously..or in an altered state....and have no memory of that time period. I was somewhere else in my etheric state and driving the car in my altered physical state and this has happened many times.....sometimes for 5 or 10 minutes and sometimes for those long stretches of 30 minutes. To prevent this from happening anymore while driving..I do not allow myself to get too deeply in thought when I drive any more even though I have not got any tickets in 10 years and no accidents other than being hit from the rear. I am curious if I am the exception.....or anyone out there experience this
type of altered consciousness......while driving their car. !!!!![8D]

This has happened so many times that I am almost use to it...LOL
but clearly an altered state that gives new meaning and demension
of realities and abilities....and here I are......LOl talking about it in this forum.Since Hindsight is always 20 /20...I truely think it is the PH of the brain.....when it slides into an acid state.

The reason being...is that I have kept my body at a nuetral state or alkaline for the past year and have not had to worry about this happening ..this is body PH  and 1 soda takes 14 glasses of water to nuetralize the amout of acid from that 12 oz. can...CAn you iamagine those indivuals that dring soda by the liter.....LOL

I prefer to create my futures with the "Laws of Attraction" and hold that thought in my upper " RAM " as in Microsoft Windows and never ..never  say I wish I could .....simply say "I am" all things and I have  the abilty to be all things and i Have it....but it has not arrived yet......and suddenly you will discove that by reinventing yourself and rethinking in a way that says I have it...it is mine.....and will enjoy the monment it arrives....then you are the creator of your tomorrows. All things are in your hands...under your
control and be able to create life in a tapistry of fine silks and woven gold threads. For example......I never say I need money...LOL
I say... Iam Rich with Health...Happines and Wisdom...I have all things......and all things will come to me in the proper time.And you must believe this.....feel it in your  chakras.....for they are the doorbells that open those doors.

And yes....I have had enumerbale dreams that came true...and life saving dreams that saved my life.

Try mind awake and body asleep and once you have mastered this technique I think you will be able to do your Astral projections in a more comfortable and pleasant fashion since this state of mind lends itself to what you are trying to do.....builing one bridge at a time to get where you wish to go....but you have to be in a certain state of consciousness first.
