Hey, I've got a question, What exactly is a spirit guide, I keep hearing them mentioned all over the place but I don't know what they are.

Hello, My name is, as u probably guessed, Jack. I've been practicing Ki for about 2 years now. Anyway, The thing is I'm not very diligent with it. I make Ki balls every now and then, I ground sometimes, but I dont do a lot of work on it. but now I want to get into it again so if someone could tell me a schedule that has worked well for them that would be great. something similar happens to me. only this happens when I try to visualize. I'll imagine myself getting very angry at someone and attacking them. Usually a specific person from my school who is a major moron. (pardon the language) maybe you are subconsciously thinking about people that anger you. well, I'm just 15, so I can't really offer too much wisdom. sorry.

Ok. sorry. Now allow me to explain. I have constant dreams that the tooth fairy is trying to kill me. very hard to get a good nights sleep. Anyway. In response to the topic. I really don't see the point in making a huge fuss over santa. What I would do, is leave an air of mystery. like

Dad:he might be. I've never actually met him, but I've never really thought about him.

I myself have been having a recurring dream lately. (in which I die) I dream that a hooded figure (a bit like the grim reaper) chases me around. The figure has claws on its left hand and... yeah, chases me around until I wake up or die. Lately though I've been realizing that they're dreams and been having fun with them. (like making guys with chainsaws strapped to their hands to get rid of her. (and yes I say her because the grim reaper-like thing is defenitly a her. dunno why, though)
